THE SPACE: LUXURY & ENTERTAINMENT

The Gathering Space
Step into the palatial great room, the heart of the home, featuring open beams, abundant natural light, and an oversized gas fireplace.

Ultimate Entertainment: The media area features a 55-inch 4K TV with Dolby Atmos 7.1 surround sound. For an immersive cinematic experience, simply push a button to drop down the massive 125-inch projector screen. The smart home system includes Alexa control for lights, thermostat, and music (Amazon MusicHD). Enjoy high-speed WiFi throughout the property. Guests should be comfortable with using smart home technology.

A Chef’s Dream Kitchen
The luxury chef's kitchen is equipped for grand holiday meals and quick bites alike. It boasts a Miele 6-burner gas range, dual stainless sinks, modern quartz countertops, and a dedicated beer/wine refrigerator. We provide both a traditional filter coffee maker and Nespresso and Keurig pod systems. The adjacent dining area has a vaulted ceiling and a grand table that seats 8.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to two smaller, well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. Some Dog breeds are not permitted (see below). Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or beds and must NEVER be left unattended. Guests are responsible for any pet damage.

Coyote Ridge features three separate wings for maximum privacy. All four bedrooms offer hotel-quality linens, warm duvets, and individual Bluetooth audio systems.

* Primary Suite: King bed, direct rear deck access, and mountain views from the luxurious walk-in shower.
* Bedroom 2 (Work Oasis): Queen bed, private deck, stunning views of Freel Peak, and a complete WFH setup with a full desk and dual Apple monitors (USB-C).
* Bedroom 3 (North Wing): Queen bed and walk-in closet.
* Bedroom 4 (North Wing): Queen bed and two twin beds.
* Bathrooms: The spa-like Bathroom 2 has an oversized bath/shower and double sinks. Powder room with double sink.

Outdoor Living & Mountain Amenities
Luxury Hot tub with mountain views. Over-sized 0.6-acre landscaped lot offers the perfect outdoor retreat. The sunny rear deck features lounge seating, dining space, and a gas BBQ—plus a shaded gazebo for summer. Separate pergola and loungers for Summer use.

The utility room has a full-size raised washer/dryer, and the garage is fully set up with racks, a boot heater, and a tuning station for your winter gear. 4WD/chains are recommended in winter.

GUEST POLICIES & LOCAL ORDINANCES (MANDATORY READING)

* Occupancy Limit: Maximum 8 guests (plus 2 children 5 and under). This limit is enforced at all times.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be observed. Hot tub use is prohibited during these hours.
* Maximum of 4 guest vehicles.
* Note home has commercial noise level sensors (indoors & outdoors) to ensure compliance with local ordinances.
* Dog breeds not permitted are: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, wolf hybrid, or any mix including one of these breeds.
* Accessibility: A higher-than-normal staircase accesses the main house from the garage, please ensure you and your guests are OK with this
* The home does not have central A/C, but a portable cooler unit and fans are provided.
* Video cameras monitor the driveway, entry steps, and rear lawn (not on the deck).
* Our snow removal crews work every day, County plows the roads. 4WD/chains recommended

We loved our stay at this property! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more for a party of 8. It was fully stocked from the kitchens to the bathrooms, and location was close to restaurants, grocery, and easy to get to the beaches and Heavenly Village. Michelle was absolutely incredible - we had an issue accessing the entrance to the garage upon arrival and she was quick to respond and remedy the situation immediately. Highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to come back!

Vacay with friends

The Coyote property was BEAUTIFUL! It was everything we wanted and MORE! The home was very well taken care of- inside and out. On our last night, we cancelled our dinner reservations in town so we could all chill and have a relaxing dinner and fun time together in this amazing home. Two BBQ's and a perfect patio to enjoy the evening. Plenty of comfortable seating for our party of 8. Bedrooms all had ample room and decor was stylish. I highly recommend this property and Michelle as your property contact. She was wonderful to work with.

Beautiful Home

The home is modern and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay, despite the heat wave happening during our visit. Although there is no central A/C, between the small cooler and fans that were provided and fans that we brought, we were never terribly uncomfortable. The home had almost everything we needed, with a grocery store within a few miles. Very close to all of the sites, but tucked away enough to really enjoy the quiet of nature. We especially enjoyed the movie screen, having coffee on the back deck (they have plenty of fun mugs to choose from), and the nice walk around the small neighborhood. Thanks for a fun trip!

Lots of space, great location.

We stayed with 10 adults. We cooked most of our meals in and found the kitchen very well appointed. All the beds and linens were great quality. The labels and information in the house were very helpful. Location was convenient to ski and both Heavenly or Kirkwood. Easy quick drive to grocery stores, ski shops, rental places and restaurants.

Great Place!

Great location, everything was comfortable and clean. We had fun playing music through Alexa and watching movies on the big screen. Backyard was big enough to do a little snow tubing and a great deck for relaxing.

Beautiful and comfortable home

Our party of 10 with 5 kids stayed over Christmas. The home felt very spacious and never crowded. Beautiful and large backyard. Lots of windows, views, and light. Would highly recommend the place. About 15 minutes to heavenly and shops. We loved the location! Management needs to make replacements for this to truly be a 5 star. We were provided both ripped and discolored towels and 1 ripped sheet. These were very obvious and large tears/rips. 4 frying pans were also not able to be used due to Teflon flaking off. The sheer volume of signs and verbiage taped to doors, walls and windows is also distasteful. Would have appreciate this info in a PDF not plastered over walls, doors, windows, counters. Beware of the shortage of snow plow drivers for the county for 21-22 season and do not bring 2WD up if snow predicted. There is an incline on the road to get out of the neighborhood and a 2WD will struggle if the plow doesn't come.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay. Property management company was so responsive and helpful, especially since we had several date changes due to weather. The house was just as described, absolutely beautiful and so well stocked with everything we needed (including some utensils and plates and toys for our young kids). Would highly recommend!

Great location

Stayed a week had a great time. Location was great lots of restaurant's close by. Easy access to everything we did wine tour, boat tour, Virginia City, casinos. Neighborhood was quiet spent 1 day just barbecuing and hanging out in the back yard.

Heavenly Birthday Ski Trip

Overall awesome rental for a long weekend. We skied Heavenly and it was about a 15-20 min drive in the morning, not bad at all. The hot tub, fireplace and grill were wonderful amenities. Plenty of room, we had 7 adults and it still felt huge. If I had to offer any criticism it would just be to have ice ready for guests. There are 3 very tiny ice trays in the freezer- even just throwing a bag of crushed ice to have on hand would be wonderful. Otherwise, amazing trip and would definitely stay again!

Nice Stay

My family and I really enjoyed this property, and I would highly recommend. We loved how the property was fully equipped and modern. We actually ended up overpacking kitchen pots and pans, but they were not needed for our stay. The Alexa controlled home, fireplace, hot tub, and all the other features of the home were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and it was the perfect home for our group of 9. Very enjoyable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was much larger than we needed, as there were only 4 of us, but I think that 8 would have been very comfortable there. Everything was as it was advertised. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood and the hot tub. It was hot during the day during our stay, and the house apparently didn't have AC. The nights were cool, but since many of the windows were at ground level and there were lots of warnings about how bears could get in, we were reluctant to leave those windows open at night. That caused it to be a bit hot the first couple of nights before we decided to take our chances and leave the windows open. We never saw a bear the whole week, either near the house or anywhere else. There was one minor maintenance issue, but it didn't materially impact our stay. It was nice to have a garage to park in, although the 15 or so steps to get into the house became tiresome after a while. If you have any trouble with steps this might not be the place for you. Overall, we were quite satisfied with this home and would stay here again.

Great place

We’re enjoyed staying at this property. We, 3 kids, and 7 adults, were there for 3 nights. This property is well organized, and we’re impressed with all of the posted and/or displayed instructions of how to use or operate all of the necessary utility devices available such as dish washer, temp. control, open/close doors/windows, TV/screen projectors, WiFi connection, pretty much of everything that a complete stranger/guest need to know how to operate while he/she is staying there.. The property is well organized from inside to outdoor, perfect location, and it had met all of our expectations. Most importantly, there is no need to communicate or bother the property manager because of the given passcodes to enter the garage, and then entering the house. :) Enjoys guys! We’re definitely wantEd to stay here again with the same price. Hihihi.. All the best and God bless all.
