Ultimate Entertainment: The media area features a 55-inch 4K TV with Dolby Atmos 7.1 surround sound. For an immersive cinematic experience, simply push a button to drop down the massive 125-inch projector screen. The smart home system includes Alexa control for lights, thermostat, and music (Amazon MusicHD). Enjoy high-speed WiFi throughout the property. Guests should be comfortable with using smart home technology.
A Chef’s Dream Kitchen
The luxury chef's kitchen is equipped for grand holiday meals and quick bites alike. It boasts a Miele 6-burner gas range, dual stainless sinks, modern quartz countertops, and a dedicated beer/wine refrigerator. We provide both a traditional filter coffee maker and Nespresso and Keurig pod systems. The adjacent dining area has a vaulted ceiling and a grand table that seats 8.
Pet Policy: We welcome up to two smaller, well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. Some Dog breeds are not permitted (see below). Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or beds and must NEVER be left unattended. Guests are responsible for any pet damage.

Coyote Ridge features three separate wings for maximum privacy. All four bedrooms offer hotel-quality linens, warm duvets, and individual Bluetooth audio systems.
* Primary Suite: King bed, direct rear deck access, and mountain views from the luxurious walk-in shower.
* Bedroom 2 (Work Oasis): Queen bed, private deck, stunning views of Freel Peak, and a complete WFH setup with a full desk and dual Apple monitors (USB-C).
* Bedroom 3 (North Wing): Queen bed and walk-in closet.
* Bedroom 4 (North Wing): Queen bed and two twin beds.
* Bathrooms: The spa-like Bathroom 2 has an oversized bath/shower and double sinks. Powder room with double sink.
Outdoor Living & Mountain Amenities
Luxury Hot tub with mountain views. Over-sized 0.6-acre landscaped lot offers the perfect outdoor retreat. The sunny rear deck features lounge seating, dining space, and a gas BBQ—plus a shaded gazebo for summer. Separate pergola and loungers for Summer use.
The utility room has a full-size raised washer/dryer, and the garage is fully set up with racks, a boot heater, and a tuning station for your winter gear. 4WD/chains are recommended in winter.

GUEST POLICIES & LOCAL ORDINANCES (MANDATORY READING)
* Occupancy Limit: Maximum 8 guests (plus 2 children 5 and under). This limit is enforced at all times.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be observed. Hot tub use is prohibited during these hours.
* Maximum of 4 guest vehicles.
* Note home has commercial noise level sensors (indoors & outdoors) to ensure compliance with local ordinances.
* Dog breeds not permitted are: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, wolf hybrid, or any mix including one of these breeds.
* Accessibility: A higher-than-normal staircase accesses the main house from the garage, please ensure you and your guests are OK with this
* The home does not have central A/C, but a portable cooler unit and fans are provided.
* Video cameras monitor the driveway, entry steps, and rear lawn (not on the deck).
* Our snow removal crews work every day, County plows the roads. 4WD/chains recommended
* Minimum Age: Guest of Record must be at least 25 years of age.
