Wake up to sweeping views of the tree canopy, Lake Tahoe, and Mt. Tallac, spend your days skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or jet skiing, then come back to something rare: a true wellness sanctuary. The layout is designed for groups: kids get their own living space to sprawl out, while adults have a separate retreat to unwind and connect. Unwind in the private hot tub, sweat it out in the sauna, or flow through a morning yoga session in the sunroom. This house is built for the whole group to go hard, then recover together.

Guests have full access to all 3 levels of the 2,900 sq ft home, including the deck, hot tub, sauna, sunroom, and garage. Utility and storage areas remain off-limits.

★★ NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION ★★

Tucked on a private knoll at the end of a street, the house sees virtually no traffic and sits over 100 feet from its nearest neighbors. Three-quarters of the home faces open forest and Lake Tahoe, so no neighbors in your sightline, just trees, water, and mountain air. Quiet by design.

❄️🌲 🚲 To help keep our Tahoe cabin peaceful and welcoming for everyone, please note:

🔊 QUIET HOURS

- 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Keep doors and windows closed.
- Hot tub use is not permitted during quiet hours.
- Non-compliance may result in a $1,500 fine.

🚗 PARKING

- 2 spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway.
- Street parking is never permitted in this neighborhood as those spots are reserved for residents.
- Enforcement is strict with potential daily checks, and fines of up to $1,500 may be issued.

🚫 GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

- No parties or events, at any time.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out. Evidence of smoking may result in a $300 fine.
- Minimum age to book: 25.

🍡 BBQ GRILL

- Propane is provided.
- Please brush the grates while they`re still warm to clean (BBQ brush provided).

🐻 BEARS

- Bears are active here and aggressive about food. They`ve been known to break down doors to get to it.
- Keep the bear box, trash bins, and recycling bins locked shut at all times, even when they are inside.

🌨️ SNOW REMOVAL

- After significant snowfall, our snow professional clears the driveway, deck, and roof.
- They may need access to the hot tub deck the day after a heavy storm.

👋 CHECKOUT

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
- Need a late checkout? Request it the day before, I`ll do my best to accommodate based on the cleaning schedule. Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $200 fee.

- Towels, linens, and bathroom basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
- A fully equipped kitchen (coffee, pantry staples, dish soap, laundry detergent).
