The condo was a nice size. One bedroom was in perfect condition . The second bedroom had the problem the carpet was coming up around the edges, the main problem was the tub was in need of being replaced or repaired but having it sealed with enamel. It was black and nasty. We were afraid to bath in it so be a towel in the tub just to shower in it because the anti-slip mat that was provided would not stay in place because the enamel was destroyed.

Wonderful accommodations. Heated floors in 3 rooms,working outdoor hot tub, friendly staff, jacuzzi tub in one of the two large bathrooms, the style and character of the suite was fun/interesting. 3balconies and beautiful views in every direction. The room my son chose had its own wet bar and separate entrance ( not needed for us but a nice touch if traveling with friends.) Many lights had dimmers! Also multiple charging ports on every single outlet. Each room had its own temperature control. The fireplace was cozy and worked without a hitch.

Badly needs an update. Very tired and worn decor. Took at least an hour to figure out heat remotes. Ask for help, help was promised but never came. We managed to figure it out and got our 60 degree F rooms up to 68.

Unfriendly front desk. We got about two feet of snow while staying here. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a shovel to dig out my car. The receptionist told me they didn't have any shovels. I replied that I had seen the workers shoveling throughout the night and the morning. She told me that it is not mandatory that they share the shovels with guests. After some back and forth the receptionist called maintenance and they let me borrow a shovel... Very awkward experience over a simple shovel. The place itself is very outdated. It was also very cold inside.. I'm not sure the heat works. The carpet is fraying, showers are kind of gross, paint is peeling off the walls, fixtures on walls are falling off. Location is convenient to town. However, it would be a decent hike with all your snow gear to ski heavenly. Overall, I would not stay here again.
