Spacious townhouse in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, walking distance or mins drive to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Village, gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding, Edgewood Golf Course, coffee shops, rental shops, convenience stores, supermarket and more.

Plenty of space (2100+ sq ft), custom designed kitchen, big 4k TV, 3 bedrooms 3 baths with 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds and 1 Twin bed, 2 parking spaces, private laundry, and covered balcony.

This 3 BR/3 BA multi-level condo is close to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Located within the Core Tourist Zone, you walk less than a mile to enjoy a day down in the water or up on the slopes, then come back and relax in the modern luxury offered inside this newly built home in Tahoe Woods, a gated condominium complex, or stroll with ease to the heart of downtown for a night out on the town.

This Downtown condo is beautifully furnished, gourmet kitchen (with two ovens and large gas range), and newer construction. Centrally located, and very spacious inside. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and large bathroom with a jetted tub. Off the dining room is a balcony with views of the forest.

***There's no central heater & AC. Instead, we have a portable heater for every room and a fireplace in living room. And we have a portable AC in living room, and another portable AC for bunk bedroom upstairs; fans are in the other two rooms downstairs as it's cool enough not to have AC there.***

We don't accept bookings that check out on Nov 26 (Thanksgiving day), Dec 24 & 25 (Christmas eve and day), and Jan 1 as housekeeping can't be arranged. But you may stay through these days.

Celebrity Golf Trip

The property was in close proximity to the annual celebrity golf tournament. We took clients for the weekend. Parking was great and behind closed gates, condo was older but in good shape and delivered what we were looking for.

Luxurious Hidden Gem

What a beautiful place to stay this was! Absolutely spotless, well maintained townhouse with a very communicative host! This gem was in the perfect location to walk the lakeside for a nice sunrise or sunset but also close enough yo enjoy some time downtown shopping and gambling! Both within a 10-15 min walk. Hiking was our primary focus, so many great trails about 20-40 minutes away. Last but no least, you do need to visit Base Camp pizza while walking through town
 you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be booking again when I am back in the area!

Nice townhome. Liked the modernized decor and all the amenities. The shuffleboard table was fun! Extremely convenient location. We would definitely consider staying here again. It was however a little warm upstairs due to the thermostat not working. Downstairs temp was perfect!!!

Very clean and great location.

This property was very clean and had everything we needed. It is very large and well laid out. I especially like how the garage was large (fit our Ford expedition) and the property owner was very responsive. Great for short or longer stay!

The location was definitely perfect however the unit missed the mark. There were a number of items that were incomplete but was said to be provided - no bath mats, incomplete toiletries, no kitchen towels. We could not adjust the thermostat and it was quite hot. We were adamantly asked to leave at 10 when the agreement said 11. We were told about construction in the property after we booked it. The unit is beautiful however still needs improvement on service.

Tahoe FF draft weekend

Place is awesome, close to casinos, shopping, heavily village and restaurants. We had 8 grown men get together for a FF draft and there was plenty of room. Gated complex makes it extremely safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend you stay here.
