This home sleeps and entertains up to 8 guests when children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults at any time—this restriction applies 24/7.

Tahoe Woods offers a quiet, tree-lined setting just off the main road, with top South Lake Tahoe attractions all within walking distance. Enjoy privacy in this gated community, steps from Heavenly Village’s shopping, dining, live music, and events. Ride the Gondola to the slopes in winter, or enjoy hikes, zip lines, and lake views in summer. Great condo!!! This condo is the perfect rental if you’re going to Tahoe. The location can’t be beat. The beach, Heavenly Ski area and casinos are a very short and easy walk from the condo. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping located in the Heavenly ski area. The condo was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need. Communication with the management company was plentiful and precise. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit if you’re going to Tahoe!

Great property in a great location!

The house was better than advertised! Beautifully constructed and very comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking in as well. In addition to close proximity to shopping, drinks, and restaurants it’s also very easy to get to Van Sickle Park for excellent hiking.

Perfect Family Getaway

Terrific Townhouse in Tahoe!

What a lovely rental! Well stocked kitchen, great sized bedrooms and each with their own bathroom. The main floor is spacious and loved the balcony patio with the BBQ. The location is excellent too. We will definitely stay here again in on our next trip to Tahoe!

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay at the property. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The layout was perfect for three adult couples to have their own space. Of all short term rentals I have stayed at, this property had the most "extras" to make your stay convenient and just like home. Our only complaint was having a unit above us, which we were not aware of at the time of booking. In all fairness, we could have missed it in the listing. People going up and down the stairs very early in the morning and late at night was very loud and woke most of us up regularly. Any movement upstairs and even flushing toilets was super loud. Other than that, the property is beautiful and in a great location. And communication with the property management was fantastic.

Quiet, Relaxing and Quality Home

Lovely home in a private gated location. The home is well supplied with home furnishings and kitchen appliances and equipment. The deck off the main area is very nice to sit and relax and listen to the breeze blow through the pine trees. The home has modern features and is very comfortable. Definition on the list for nice places to rent.

Good centrally located unit for walkability but with noise issues

The unit has great walkability. Everything was in good shape and as described. Clean unit, comfy beds, basics provided, fabulous communication from management. We had one issue that was quite bothersome at times...the noise, from the hallway and unit above, as well as within the pipes (which can get very loud especially in the downstairs master) All walls are extremely thin, which forced us at one point to reach out about the unit above (management responded immediately). The only other slight issue was with the cable which went out temporarily, but fairly often. Anytime possible I try to pick a place like this that doesn't allow shoes inside, but unfortunately as usual previous guests hadn't obeyed their request which was displayed a bit on our feet and socks. Overall if you can handle noise it's a very nice place in an ideal spot and managed very well.

South Lake Tahoe Condo

This condo is newer than others in the area and very nicely decorated. Small, quiet community with view of the pines from the balcony. The location is fantastic. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, casinos, and the beach. Loved having the video game entertainment in the downstairs bedroom where our college son and his friend stayed. They stayed up gaming and the parents enjoyed the quiet bedroom upstairs. Condo had everything we needed. We highly recommend this rental.

In the heart of it all!

Once you park your car you don’t need it again to access all South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Everything is a walk, bike or electric scooter distance. Marina to rent water adventure toys. Beach to relax. Shopping and food. Casinos and state line.

Beautiful condo

The condo is so well appointed - you can’t ask for anything more! The property is lovely and perfectly situated! A short walk to the lake or shops or restaurants/bars or casinos. My only regret? We had to leave!
