Property & Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry.
During winter months, a 4x4, AWD or chains on your vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions. Snowstorms and icy terrain can make access difficult without proper traction.
There is a flight of stairs to enter this unit.

To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.

The property was as advertised. It was perfect for our family vacation. The unit had a large number of cooking spices which was a bonus when we cooked or grilled. The only negative was the parking. It was limited to 2 parking spaces which was okay for us. However, we had 2 instances of one car visitors (relatives who lived in the area) and had to move one of our cars to public parking outside of the community to follow the rules. I could not understand this requirement as the community had dozens of unused general parking spaces during our stay.

great walkable ski destination

Listing is very accurate! Communication with host was waaaayyy above average - very easy to reach by text. We easily walked to the lifts of Heavenly (including with an 8 and 11 year old) and also walked down to the beach for sunset each evening. Thank you!

Amazing location

This house was in the perfect location and was easily walkable to the downtown Heavenly village and to the lake. It was the perfect size for our group of 8. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Check in was very easy and they were very accommodating and even let us check in early. They answered our questions immediately and made sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommend!!!

Tahoe Woods is a wonderful small community with close proximity to Heavenly Village, restaurants and the grocery store. Our condo was very cozy and provided eveything we needed (including a Christmas tree) to create forever memories.

Quiet corner and still close to everything

We had a very enjoyable stay! Originally we planned to travel with two other couples but it ended up being just the two of us, which was a ton of fun but we definitely had way more space than we needed. The master bedroom is in the bottom level, kitchen and living room on the upper level. There were a lot of jokes about the steep stairs to get up to the kitchen and living room, if something was left behind we typically opted to leave it rather than huff and puff up the stairs again. The deck was a nice addition, it faced the parking lot so not very private but still a nice space to sit outside and breathe the mountain air. I thought the beds were “hotel quality” meaning comfortable, lots of pillows, and very clean sheets. Very clean towels too. Location is perfect, we only took the car once the whole stay (and that was around the lake). Restaurants, all the main casinos, coffee, shopping, and lots of nature were all 5-15 minute walk from the property. The kitchen had some spices and coffee filters and all the pots/pans/cutting boards we needed. It was a great stay!

The place was immaculate. Very close to the lake and the town square. Communication with the owner was clear and timely. This was my first time in Lake Tahoe. Kind of pricey, but very nice. I wish I could see it in Winter.

Lovely atay

The location was fabulous; it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and even one (very expensive) beach. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with our family and were delighted with the house which was perfect for adults and tiny ones alike. It had everything we needed -- we truly had a lovely stay.

Literally Perfect

Stayed here with adult kids & spouses . I would definitely pick this condo again & again. THE perfect location , plenty of room to spread out & the complex was small & quiet without having to deal with all the congestion of a larger complex. Condo was extremely well equipped & spotless . Loved being able to walk to shopping & restaurants !

This home is so beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. The location is so nice and tucked away. Communication was great. We were within walking distance to the lake, Heavenly Village and the casinos. The home has everything you need. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great time in Tahoe

We had a great time here. The house was plenty spacious for 5 adults, very clean, and in a quiet area. Amenities were great (smart tv, arcade machine), and the texts and welcome binder were very helpful. We liked that we could walk to dinner, coffee, etc. The only thing I would note is if you have a full-sized SUV (we had a Suburban rental), it likely won’t fit in the garage. It still fit in the driveway parking, but just to know. Also, an ice scrapper/snow brush could be helpful. Our rental vehicle didn’t have one (obviously, our fault, but would be a bonus)! Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and so spacious

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Tahoe Woods for our vacation. We were 6 adults and 1 2-year-old and there was plenty of space for all of us in this beautiful condo. It’s a 10 minute walk to the heavenly Gondola or down to the lake. Would definitely stay here again!
