Natural light fills this beautiful home, which offers stunning views of the mountains. Lake Tallac lagoon is steps away, where your family will enjoy paddling and kayaking. Professionally decorated, this dog-friendly home provides several spaces for gathering. Enjoy all the amenities of Tahoe Keys, including indoor and outdoor pools, private beach and tennis courts.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 12. It cannot host more than 10 people over the age of 13. This applies 24/7. Parking for up to 4 cars, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

Please note: the private boat dock is not available for boat use. However, guests are welcome to launch kayaks and paddle boards from the dock area during their stay.

The 6th bedroom is downstairs, with queen bed and brand new 40" Smart TV to enjoy while relaxing. The downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Downstairs great room dining table seats 10 + seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Cooks of the group will delight in large, open kitchen w/granite counters, stainless steel appliances, & plenty of space for family meals. Kitchen appliances include: Vitamix Blender, Instapot, and Cuisinart Food Processor.

Enjoy the back deck on the lagoon with furniture and a table for outdoor dining, plus a gas BBQ.

Loved this house on the water

We loved this house, it had tons of space for the entire family and it was right on the lagoon (you can't swim in it because of the algae but you can paddle board right out of the backyard. This part of the lagoon isn't connected with the lake so you can just paddleboard around the keys. We saw lots of bears, and I mean lots of bears in the back yard and in the front. You have to be very careful about keeping all the doors closed all the time and not leaving any food outside. The hot tub heater was on the fritz, and the company send someone to try to fix it, but it never ended up getting fixed. But that was fine. My only suggestion to the owners is to install a vent hood above the gas range--it was weirdly unvented--so we kept the windows open when we were cooking. This is a great house for kids, there is even a basketball hoop in the driveway. And there is a huge family room for watching movies at night. It's located moments from the grocery stores and restaurants of South Lake and obviously close to tons of hiking. We opted not to get a pass for the Keys Beach and Pool, at first we thought that would be a big draw but it's so close to Pope Beach which is way nicer, and the outdoor pool looks great for little kids but not much fun for bigger kids. Although you can buy a pass for pool access. The management company was very responsive. And it's a fantastic house.
