The Space:
Enjoy South Padre Island from our 11th-floor condo, with exceptional bay views. You can see where the island begins and everything from the bridge to Bahia Mar, with an endless horizon of water! At night, it even glows with the reflection of South Padre Islandâs beautiful city lights. This is the perfect escape if youâre looking for a blend of comfort, style, and the conveniences of home. Plus, on top of that, youâll have access to fabulous resort amenities for the whole family.
As you enter, youâll be greeted by an inviting and luminous open layout. The sparkly kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal at home, from stainless steel appliances to extras like a coffee maker, blender, toasters, and dishwasher! Sit down at the dining table for 6 to enjoy a meal together. Thereâs also a convenient breakfast bar with bar stools for extra seating or a quick snack or coffee.
The living room area has plush sofa seating and a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable for those moments at home with your favorite shows or a movie together after a fun day of seaside adventure.
When itâs time to rest and retire for the night, there are three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate nine guests, and all the bedrooms have Smart TVs! Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, direct access to the balcony, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a twin/single bed.
Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and ironing equipment, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.

You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. Youâll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, donât hesitate to contact us.
- Please note the condo is on the 11th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, youâll be required to walk down the stairs.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated âPalenqueâ area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. Youâll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
