Indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway in our lovely penthouse condominium. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the 12th floor of Saida Towers III with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and the lovely grounds of Saida.

The condo has been recently updated with a beautiful new master bath, new tile floors throughout, new ceiling fans, new window coverings, freshly painted, and more.

The condo features granite counter tops and beautiful décor throughout with coastal beach charm. Sleeping accommodations are up to six persons. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen, and the living room has a pullout sofa bed. There is a spacious open living area to enjoy with your family or friends while providing the comforts of home, luxury, and casual elegance. The kitchen is fully equipped for those days you prefer meals in. Enjoy the endless unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the main living areas and the master bedroom. There is a very large balcony complete with patio furniture to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. At the end of your day, wind down while listening to the waves break and enjoying the spectacular views from the balcony.

The Saida beachfront property offers luxurious resort-like living at its best with its own private beach access to the ocean waves. Saida has three lovely swimming pools (two are heated during winter months), four spas, four tennis courts, and shuffleboard that are all available to our guests for plenty of fun in the sun. Lounge chairs also surround each pool for full relaxation while you lie back and listen to the ocean waves dancing along Texas’s Gulf Coast shoreline. There are two poolside snack bars to quench your thirst and get a quick bite to eat (available seasonally). Saida Towers is a gated community with a guarded entrance and it is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, Schlitterbahn Water Park, and shopping.

A cleaning fee of $125 will be added to the booking for the end of stay. If you would like cleaning services or towel change-out during your stay, please contact us for a quote for the added service. There is not a washer or dryer in the condo, but there is a building laundry room available one floor down with washers and dryers for a small fee.

A deposit of $300 is added to the booking, but will be refunded within 7 days of checkout if there is no damage to the property.

Minimum age for rental - 25 years
- No spring breakers are allowed without parent or guardian over 35 staying in the same condo unit.

During Spring Break, Holy Week, and other high-volume periods such as the Fourth of July, each guest under the age of 35 is required to wear an ID wristband. The Fee for each Wristband s $25 each plus tax. ID wristbands must be worn at all times while on the premises. Guests will be charged a USD $50 fee for replacing lost wristbands.
