WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME

We invite you to enjoy our two-bedroom, two-bath vacation home across the street from the beach. As you walk in, you're met with the tropical decor of our lovely living room. It has plenty of seating and seats six with a coffee table in the middle. It's perfect for having a family game night or spending a quiet night swapping stories. You could even curl up for a movie night with the gang on the flat-screen TV.
The dining area can host up to six people. It has four chairs at the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen bar. Our fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space for whipping up a delicious homecooked meal with groceries from the local Blue Marlin grocery store.
The primary bedroom has glass sliding doors leading out to the balcony. Relax on the king-sized bed and watch TV on the flat screen. The convenient primary bath, with a shower/tub combo, also connects to the bedroom.
The guest bedroom has 1 full-sized bed and 1 twin-sized bed. The tropical guest bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Clean up after a sandy beach day, and use our stacked washer/dryer. Need a little extra space? Our vacation home has a sofa that opens up into a sofa sleeper.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better—right across the street from beach access. Super convenient for quick trips to the ocean. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beachview condos

This condo was not fancy but overall met our needs nicely for one month. It could use updating and a thorough cleaning. The pros outweigh the cons. It is close to the beach, walking distance to places to eat and shop, and the hot tub and pool are awesome! On days that were cool and windy, the hot tub and pool were warm and protected.

Vrgo is trash.

I didnt get to choose my room. They lied and said if i called my bank i would get my refund fster. They orginally tried to charge me an extra $530 because i am 28. They also told me im not considered an adult. The room wasnt clean. Items were broken. Vrgo scammed me.

loved the beach access!

The beach is right across the street has a beach view from balcony and master bed. There is a weird small but not that big of deal. The 2nd bedroom was a little too hot for some reason but rest of house stayed very cold. We really enjoyed the pool it was warm and big and you can see the fireworks show from there so don’t stress about going to find a table at the restaurant. Restaurant and bars are walking distance. Would come again

Shoddy, overpriced, and in disrepair

In my 40+ years of beach rentals this was the worst accommodation. The refrigerator is rusted. The sink handle came off in my hand. The odor from the dishwasher was abominable. "Hot" water was lukewarm. Lights in bedroom 2 didn’t work, period. The shower rod was rusted through in the second bathroom. The living room door to the balcony was warped and hard to open to access balcony. The master bedroom was only partially painted with a large area of old paint remaining. The TVs are best described as "vintage". The photos may have done justice to the place in the past but they are not presently accurate.

Great Location and plenty of room!

The beach access is literally across the street, which was a plus given the mid-day jockeying for parking spaces at any public beach access. Glad we didn't have to fool with that. There are no less than 10 dining options (of all price ranges) within walking distance from the unit, which again saved time in trying to find someplace to park late at night on a weekend. The unit itself was simple but accommodating for our group of 6. The linen/towel exchange was just a few streets down and they were quick and helpful. The walk up to the third floor was probably the only negative. The balcony was huge and offered a great view of Gulf Blvd and the ocean. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were, definitely no issues with sound transferring through the walls and floors. Spent no time in the pool, given the ocean is across the street and didn't see any grilling areas, so didn't grill during our stay. We would definitely stay again!
