You will love the details and care that the owner has put into the condo. You have 2 flat screen TV's, a beautiful kitchen for when you stay in, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the courtyard & pool. High speed internet is included at no extra charge.
It is a 2BR/2BA unit. This condo is a walk up unit to the second floor, but the steps are easy. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin on top. There is also a second twin bed bunk in the room. Surfside II #201 allows 6 people. Each en suite bathroom is a tub/shower combo.
The well manicured courtyard contains a wonderful pool and hot tub and three BBQ grills. The details are amazing. Plus you are steps away from the beach. You are walking distance to several restaurants and bars.
Surfside II is pet friendly with a 25 pound weight limit over 1 year old. Please contact us directly for pet approval.
