The perfect beach retreat with great views from beach all the way to the bay. Recently updated 7th floor studio condo with new cabinets and granite counter tops, and appliances.
The cozy kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare and serve meals. Queen adjustable bed raises head and feet. A 50" TV & Blue-ray with cable, Showtime and high speed WiFi are great entertainment for your down time. The beach is just a short walk through the gated pool & hot tub area.
To enhance your beach vacation we supply beach necessities for our guests to use. An Umbrella, 4 chairs, 2 boogie boards, and a small cooler are in the closet for you. Beach towels and plenty of soft bath towels are in the bathroom cabinets.
Self check in is easy with your personal code and keyless entry. Keeping track of keys will not be something for you to worry about this trip.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.

Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.

Really nice. Felt like going to a place owned by a family member. Just plain comfortable. Well equipped. The view of the second tower at Starbase is unobstructed. Amazing watching a launch. Balcony faces directly south. Beach is great and there is a path directly from the condo building. Wonderful. Thanks.

When we entered the room it felt cozy. The view off the balcony was great and private. The bed was awesome, slept well. The building is older and needs repair but this didn't deter. The room was stocked with all necessary items from kitchen to beach needs. We look forward to coming back hopefully this winter.

Someone took advantage of my car window being left a little open, enough to where they got the door opened and my alarm went off. They went through my compartments but I guess me running down the stairs and turning the alarm off with the control scared them off. The condo door keypad continue to have issues and we were locked outside!!! We were getting our call/msgs answered by the owner, we gave her that. We understand things out of her control can happen, but not being able to access the condo was an inconvenience and all we got was sorry. We were careful the entire time as they email & leave extended rules and policies of extra fees for anything we do wrong, yet no type of accommodation or reimbursement when what went wrong was on them? Sorry is not enough, bc they would not have only accepted a sorry from us had we done anything wrong, they would be quick on charging more. The photos offered made it seemed the view from the balcony was side, as seeing the street but as described, we thought we would have the front view, like as it said, beachfront, not only a side view balcony.

Prime location of property with an excellent view of the beach from the balcony. Beach access from the property is a plus. The unit is well stocked and well kept to accommodate a beach stay. A quicker response between renter and owner could be better. Overall good stay.

Great location with good parking for our boat & pet friendly. Beautiful views of beach and you can see fireworks from the balcony. The room was cozy and clean and perfect for 2 people. Pool was nice and not crowded when we were there. Right on the beach for convenience.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything was available to us that we needed such as a cooler, chairs, towels, and umbrella. We were steps away from the beach and my dogs had a blast in the ocean! There was an elevator so being on the top floor wasnt an issue. It was a beautiful view! The room was clean and cozy for lur crew! We will definitely be back!

Quite dirty, up charges for everything

Property was fine, no real issues but could tell there had been numerous issues with cleanliness. There was a direct inventory of every towel, every cloth, every item in the rental. We were fine with it because our plan was to shower & sleep only. Upon arrival, we cleaned up as it was dirty & stained. Being on the beach, it seemed understandable, not preferred, but fine. We cleaned up, checked out early & then received messages & billings for odds & ends. Short dispute but management wasn’t great with communicating & had already billed us. Will definitely not recommend.

Great location on beach

The condo we were in as well as really the whole building is looking tired—needs some TLC. Couldn’t get TV to work which really frustrated my husband. Linens and equipment in kitchen were good. It was a nice touch to have beach chairs and towels provided. The bed was comfy. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Great views but needs tlc

Loved the location and benefit of having views of both ocean and bay, meaning sunrise and sunset from balcony. The property needs some care as there’s broken floor tiles in bathroom, and overall could use fresh paint. Other than that, it has everything needed for a comfy stay in a great location.

Great property at a great location

These rental was perfect for the two of us. Loved the view of both ocean and town from the patio and being on a higher floor. Great water pressure in the shower and air conditioning was appreciated with the nice hot weather outside! Bed was super comfortable and couch also. Would definitely recommend!

The hosts are very nice and easily reached. The condo was clean and had a view of the ocean. It was a calming atmosphere. Instructions for everything were easily found and understood. Can’t wait to go back.
