Great breakfast bad beds

The stay was Good. We loved the options of the 2 bar/grills. Pool was super cold and no hot tub. The access to the beach was super easy. Staff was super friendly. The free breakfast is a huge hit! The rooms were tidy and a good size for my family of 4. The beds were super uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke up in the morning feeling like we had been working out and sore from the night before! That was a huge let down.

The hotel is very clean. You can always see staff around the building cleaning. The pool was nice and it was great to be able to walk to the beach. The restaurant next door and in the hotel were great. Breakfast was good. Always great seating and the staff did a great job cleaning the tables. Our room had great space. We will be staying here again in the future. Only downside was the parking lot was always super busy.

Swimming pool doesn’t have heated water, it was cold for kids . I’ve been in other places around as thybhae the heated pool , I’m impress because this place isexeptional except this matter

Great Location & Service, Just Not Room ready

Went for the Heat Wave car show, this hotel was in a lrome location. We took our two children (5, and 1 and a half). The rooms are very spacious so we were stepping all over each other. The front dresk staff was friendly and the Lounge had excellent waiters. The breakfast was amazing! Room had a great view of Claytons and the pier and beach out of the balcony. Our, or my, only issue was our conditioner and body wash that were in the hotel provided bottlers were completely out, and being we only brought travel size bottles and went to the beach, meant we had to take extra showers. Im sure some may say should've called the front desk, and I can see your point, but when I pay more than average cost of a hotel room I shouldn't have to conract the front desk to do what should have been done...

The hotel is very convenient to attractions and restaurants, pool and beach annexed to property. The staff was courteous and quick to respond to needs. The only down side would be the parking as spaces were not always available in front of hotel later in the evening and parking across the street was nice as an option but not great for older persons needing to walk from car to hotel. The bathroom shower did flood out after a shower due to the shower curtain not positioned to cover to floor. But minor as my overall opinion was it to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
