I had neighbors in the top floor from my room making loud noises very late at night. The following day I complained n the assistant manager and she gave a different room. At the restaurant. I need it some hot water for my te, I told a young lady by the name of Sarah that was cleaning n setting things, and she brought me some.

It’s a lovely new hotel that is beachside. The walk to the beach is also not long at all and the onsite pool is very family friendly. It’s also very nice to have the onsite Louie’s backyard. The rooms were very comfortable the suite was so spacious. The only drawback is that most of the parking is across the street but it’s absolutely not a dealbreaker. Another plus the staff was so lovely and helpful our whole stay!

Nice hotel, large rooms, easy access to the beach. Only downside if parking lot fills up you have to park across the street. Not to bad of a walk though

Our room was spacious and extremely clean. The pool is very kid friendly & clean. Loved the beach access and beach bar. Our bartender Sunday was fantastic she was very friendly. The bartender on Monday was equally friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Tuesday was a different story she seemed to not like her job and it showed, but overall this will be our place to stay when visiting this area.
