SayLing Away to a gorgeous 3 story town house, Private Heated Pool! 1/2 block from Beach!

Welcome to 119A E. Ling on sunny South Padre Island! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom private town home is located directly just 1/2 block from the beach. This home has a new constructed private heated pool! With three levels, this property has plenty of space to accommodate 12 people comfortably. The ground floor entails the first guest bedroom featuring a full size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower.

Just upstairs to the second and main level of the home you will find the open concept kitchen, living & dining rooms. The kitchen is spacious, offering plenty of counter space to make meals with your friends and family, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed for convenience. The living room is bright, airy and provides guests with plenty of seating around a large flat screen Smart TV! Watch your favorite movies, sports or shows and when your ready to catch some sleep, the sofas fold out to provide additional sleep space.

The third floor is equipped with the additional guest rooms and the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, flat screen Smart TV, walk-in closet and the private master bathroom. The bath entails a his & hers sink & vanity, shower and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub! Just down the hall, the third bedroom entails a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with twin trundle. Both rooms have a flat screen Smart TV as well, and share a full guest bathroom in the hallway. The house also provides guests with a washer & dryer, free WiFi and cable and is pet friendly with a fenced-in back yard!

The backyard is a great place to relax and cool off in the newly built pool! Guest will love the tropical backyard and pool area!

The spacious home is centrally located allowing you to walk to local shops, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife and lets not forget the beach! Grab the group and spend a week or two with us in this gorgeous beach home!

Every stay at SayLing Away includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. Great place near the beach

My wife and I stayed here with our small dogs for a few days and enjoyed it. The place is close to the beach and there's plenty of room for a larger group/family. Would definitely recommend.

We were impressed by the house on Ling. It was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the ammenities. We appreciated the beautiful dishes and fully stocked utinsels, baking wear etc in the kitchen. Nice big spacious home!

Great place to host a big family. Short walk to the beach and places to eat at as well. Nice size pool for the kids and adults to relax. Only downfall was we couldn't find extra paper towels or toilet paper. On the last day we did find more toilet paper in the 3rd floor hall bathroom. Pack your seasonings if you plan to cook. All in all we loved the home!

The house was lovely.

The home was truly lovely. The worst part was that Internet went down and we reported it. The SPI Guest services guy came by and said that the whole Island was out, no ETA for it to return. We went without Internet for 3 days and no one ever thought to check back with us to say, hey, reset the router. That was disappointing. No followthrough, but the home itself was lovely. Just what we needed.

Great Spot Near Beach

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for spring break. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the location was quiet with easy access to everything we needed. It was a lovely beach vacation spot!

Lovely condo, great location, had everything we needed and the gated back yard was such a bonus. It was our oasis with a dog and toddler. Just beware if you have little ones, two sets of steep tile stairs that aren’t safe. Wish we’d brought baby gates. Will try to stay here again!

The property was as advertised. Very clean and walking distance to the beach. This place was well maintained and we would recommend it. We had 12 in our party and everyone was very comfortable. We cooked everyday inside and outside and they had plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware.

Great Location - but problems!

Location is perfect - but that's about it. We had many issues with the property. Air conditioner went out on the last night of our stay on the upper level (where all but one bedroom is) and it was miserably hot! Management seemed unapologetic when we checked out. Linens in master bedroom were filthy when we arrived. They sent someone over to look, and they removed the soiled linens and never returned with a replacement. Again, with no apology. There were also stains on the Master bedroom rug that were quite disgusting. They failed to even address those. The main level of the house was better as far as cleanliness, but the backyard was gross! Overgrown weed/grass mix and a dilapidated fence. Could be quite nice, but totally neglected. Check-in process was slow. Management company does not focus on good customer service.

Be aware of neighbor next door

We decided to rent this property to enjoy our wedding days and short honey moon. On the day of our wedding, a limousine arrive to pick up the bride, the limo was parked in front of the property entrance for a few minutes and the neighbor called the cops on us. Also there was a car parked on the street for a few minutes and the neighbor also called the towing truck, luckily the owner of the vehicle was able to move the car before it was locked by the towing truck. What made me mad was the fact that the limousine and the other car were not obstructing or blocking any other vehicles from moving and the street was very quiet. Be aware of this when renting this property, apparently the neighbor next door has nothing better to do and they are watching you as if they get paid for it.
