The sheets were incredibly unsanitary with yellow and brown stains and small hairs. We could not sleep on it. Customer service didn't fix the issue until the next morning. We were incredibly uncomfortable and disgusted to say the least.

Great location

The property is in a great location and close to the beach. When 1st getting to property we were not able to get in. The batteries on door lock were dead was able to finally get a key to use. Walked in and it had everything we need. Noted that power in bathroom plug did not work, the sink was dirty and drain was broken, plexy kitchen chair was cracked and pitched legs and the hide a bed couch was difficult to pull out. It kept getting caught so it took a couple people to pull it. AC was cold which was great. We did work around it and notified property management of the issues. We didnt let it ruin our vacation and enjoyed everything else. Maybe just needs a few updates.Thank you

Great room!

Clean, simple room. Great for small children because there is not a ton of decor or small things to be broken. View is great and if you are looking for a quieter stay, this is the place. We will be back!

ok stay

The location was great.Ocean view was awesome.However, the inside needed some work.There was mold in the bathroom.There was dirt on the ceiling The property definitely needed to be upgraded The? Entry door was sticking every single time. Overall rating out of 5 I would give it a 2 but the property management did help when we had issues with the hot water and getting inside.

GREAT BUT ALSO LACKING

We arrived at the condo and as they say, "first impressions are important". The door to the condo is in serious need of cleaning/painting and is very difficult to open. It does not give a great first impression. The condo had been recently painted and was closed up so there was an odor of paint and cleaners. Walking into the pantry you pass by the exposed hot water tank and A/C. Both give the impression of being dirty. The furniture in the living room was probably very nice and comfortable 30 year ago. Now, they are just worn and uncomfortable. The master bed was comfortable despite the loud noice of the springs when getting in and out of bed. The bathroom is dated and the shower/toilet area cramped. The sliding shower door was off it's track and the vent cover was falling off the ceiling. We fixed the shower door and someone from the management team fixed the vent cover but did not clean up the "crap" that fell on the floor. $50. was refunded for the inconvenience. On the up side, the place was exceptionally clean, the kitchen had all the expected dishes and utensils and gadgets and, everything worked. The location, right on the beech was what we'd hoped for with great views and early morning sun on the balcony. The swimming pool and patio were very clean but the pool was not heated and the water very cold. Consequently, nobody was using the pool itself. Newer, more comfortable furniture and a heated pool would have resulted in an overall rating for 5 stars.

Great Stay

The condo had easy access to the beach and was in a quieter area and of the island. It had a great view. It only had basic supplies (cooking and beach gear- only had 2 chairs) so plan accordingly. It is right by the free island metro.
