Spacious beach house, perfect for friends or family looking for a perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy the Island sun! Unique in design, this 5 bedroom, 5 bath home has many quality features. Downstairs has separate bedroom, living area and kitchen. A private yard blooms with tropical landscaping, and an elegant sparkling pool. One garages runs the length of the house and has been turned into a game room with foosball, pool table and darts. Go for a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or spend all day at the beach! Enjoy the LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT at Gulfside Gathering Place!

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

this place is really wonderful the location of the house is perfect, the house has plenty of space and everything you need. the whole family enjoyed everything from the swimming pool. pool table, spacious kitchen, to the outdoor area, we all loved the that house had plenty of restrooms also, we would recommend this place to everyone and would also come back and enjoy this house again.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this house for a milestone weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 14 people and 3 dogs—spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped. The game room was a great bonus and came in handy on the one rainy day we had. The rest of the time, we spent enjoying the pool, which was a huge hit, especially with the unique and stylish umbrellas providing plenty of shade. Everything about the home made it easy to relax and celebrate. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Really nice place. Clean and well stocked with what you need to prepare food. Close to the beach. The only issue we had was that when I booked the location several months ago, I confirmed with whoever runs the property that the pool was definitely able to be heated. When we arrived I checked the pool and it was cold. When we tried to turn on the heater it was broken. A pool guy was not able to come out until the next day. When he did come out he informed me that the heater was broken and he didn’t have any parts to fix it and if he did get the parts he wouldn’t be able to come back out for several days. Our stay was pretty much over when he would be able to come out. Needless to say though we did try and use the pool it was uncomfortably cold. We were all disappointed we didn’t get to use it more. The only question I have is shouldn’t the pool heater been fixed before our arrival? I was told it was heated. Anyway despite the pool issues we had a great time at this home.

Perfect home

The house was perfect, great location, clean and stocked. Our family enjoyed the pool and game room. Walked to the corner and rented a golf cart that we enjoyed so much. The house is not even a block away from the beach. It came with so many amenities such as lawn chairs, wagon and beach toys for the kids. Highly recommend for large families!

A Great Place to Stay!

Review : We are so delighted to have had another fantastic trip this year returning to this amazing home! The accommodations are consistently spectacular! This home has abundance of room and relaxation! The pool is one of our favorite amenities and the pool umbrellas are a game changer for sure! With 9 adults and 2 kids, we still had extra room. We did not get to bring out beach stuff but the garage was fully stocked with pool noodles, toys, coolers and more. We love this home and highly recommend as a 100/10 â˜€ïžđŸŒŠâ˜€ïžđŸŒŠâ˜€ïžđŸŒŠâ˜€ïžđŸŒŠ

The Gulfside Gathering Place.

The set up of this property was well thought out. It had plenty of room for our family of 12. There was plenty to do and it is definitely easy to stay entertained here. The pool & outside areas were nicely set up and when that wasn’t being used we were taking advantage of the game room. The kitchen is a great size and was fully stocked with almost everything you could think of. Clear instructions are sent to you prior to check in; and made expectations & the checkout process easier. Property Management had great communication & was quick with responses. We will definitely be booking here again.

Great Place and amazing location

Pictures do not do this place justice, it’s much bigger than pictured. Great Layout for large group. My family and friends enjoyed everything about it. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. Less than 5min walk to beach access and golf cart rentals on each end of street. Will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Padre Island in the future.

Excellent House!

We had a group of people 11 people there this past week, and a a dog. This house hit every mark and need we were looking for in a house. It’s not the first time we have gone to SPI with such a large group, but every house before this one had some issue or another. This house was beyond words perfect! The owners were very responsive and quick to get back to me anytime I had a question. We have already decided we are going next year and staying there again.
