Our master bedroom shower smelled like sewage so we had to share one shower for 6 people. The pool wasn't cleaned some days. The workout area smelled so bad it was unusable. It was nice to be so close to the ocean but I don't think we'll be returning.

Ice machine was broken our shower smelled of sewage when we cut it on only thing they did was pour bleach in the drain and spray Lysol. The room was cool but we were told that it was king room with a queen sleeper. It wasn’t I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We were provided a free upgrade to a condo that was exceptional. Our family loves this resort and has frequented often as you don't need to leave the property and we can cook most of our meals in when needed. We love the beach access, pools, hot tubs and shuffle board. The staff always friendly and helpful. We did not eat at restaurant (daughter has food allergies) but I don't doubt it is also excellent.

The room was clean but we did have a roach crawl on the bathroom sink. We did not realize that the rooms we would occupy on the second floor did not have elevator access. However, the staff was able to move one room to the first for a relative who had mobility issues. Pools were nice, especially with one cold and one 'warm'. The pickelball courts were very nice and a plus when compared with most area resorts.
