We stayed on the pool level. Room was nice bright and clean. Its Location next to the pool and to the beach was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

All good! Everyone was very nice, great room and also very well located. Beach and pool was incredible. They also have a lot of stuff to do, like the arcade room, which is great for kids. I’m just giving it a 4 stars since the room didn’t had a microwave but they did assist me at the coffee shop located inside of the hotel. But if it wasn’t because of that, this would be 5 stars. This will be a revisit for me.

The pool area was awesome, we enjoyed the hot tubs. The room was clean, but we had roaches coming out. Our room was a king bed garden/pool view, we had neither pool or garden view. I expected to get a better room since we got there early about 4:30 pm. Check in was 4pm.
