POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

Awesome condo overlooking the pool and private marina.

We were totally pleased with the condominium unit in particular and with the complex in general. All of our expectations were met. As a sidebar, I would like to add that I rented two condominiums in Las Marinas on this particular weekend. I did not initially realize I was dealing with two different management companies. Padre Island Rentals manages unit 301 and South Padre Island Rentals manages the other unit I rented. While both companies ultimately took care of me, there was a huge difference in friendliness and customer service between the two companies. South Padre Island Rentals had, by far, the better customer service between the two. I also liked that South Padre Island Rentals provided information, guidance, and direction via text message while Padre Island Rentals handled this correspondence through email which I do not check on a timely basis on vacation. I really liked unit 301 and would definitely stay again, but I would first look for availability in the complex from South Padre Island Rentals. They were just that far over the top.

Weather was awful, tv receiver in the bedroom needed rebooted often and the back patio lock needs repaired. All and all it's a nice clean and spacious rental.

Great Stay!

Property had all the essentials for a relaxing and fun week on the island. Excellent location on the bay side, with only a short walk to the beach. Check in host was very informative by providing tips and suggestions for our stay. Nice having access to the outdoor shower and pool as well. Will definitely return next year.

It was suppose to be a family get away trip turned to a disaster. They gave us the wrong room when we were already settle in. MANAGER was suppose to call and nothing. HATE their service. NEVER renting from here again.

Family Girls Trip

There was four adults and we were here for roughly 10 nights and we enjoyed every night. Clean and safe building. It was nice and quite. We went the last two weeks in December and it was perfect for a low key getaway.
