Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this beautiful oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This modernly decorated condo has a great room! You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sectional sofa while you enjoy the LCD TV with Cable and HBO! There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided. You will love this well-appointed home with its comfortable furnishings and modern touches.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 6 at the dining room table.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo both decorated in shades of blue to help you dream of the gulf right outside your door. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. It has a brand new Memory Foam Mattress for a perfect night's sleep. The guest bedroom features a queen and twin bed and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Sea breeze condo

Good: Communication w/host. Location. Pool/hot tub. Air conditioning worded great. Bathrooms were updated. Bad: Lacked beach supplies. Condo was not cleaned prior to our arrival, dust bunnies stuck to bedroom ceiling. Plenty of dust on tables/counter tops. We were made aware of construction on the exterior of the building prior to our arrival but our condo should have been cleaned more thoroughly before we arrived. Water pressure in the shower was very low, barely enough to rinse off.

Beautiful!

Awesome condo! Pool was warm during cool weather. Hot tub was great. All appliances, pots, pans etc were in perfect condition. Bring your own spices. All that was there was salt. Keurig has a reusable pod for ground coffee or bing your own pods. Within walking distance to several restaurants, stores, coffe shops. Plenty of extra bath towels and several beach towels. Master bed was super comfortable.

Perfect Beach weekend

Property was just as advertised. Property managers were wonderful and even let us check in early. Bed was very comfortable, not sure I've ever slept that good my entire life! Dirty Al's, Mahi Nic and Blackbeards are a must eat.

the manager emphasized the number of occupants in my party and I was sincere with her. I felt from the way the other people were talking that more than the amount stated were staying. she emphasized I could not have visitors and other occupants did not follow the rules and regulations. so who monitors the number of occupants stated on the contract.

Everything as Promised!

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience in South Padre Island. This was our first time visiting the area and won’t be the last! The condo was perfect in every way - exactly as it was shown on the VRBO website. The deck was an excellent spot to read a book while listening to the waves crash in the beach. It was very quiet and peaceful, as we wanted to go somewhere where we could blend in everywhere and to go where “nobody knows your name”. Pool was warm as promised and the hot tub was excellent as well. Will be back again next winter.

Seabreeze 1 was great!

Nice quiet location, but also convenient to activities, restaurants, bats, etc. Appreciated the convenience and size of a smaller building. Occasional trouble with the elevator was the only issue.
