New Construction! Ultra modern oceanfront home! 5106B is a sleek oceanfront house featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 14 guests. Step through the doorway into a pristine, fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. The open concept floorplan allows you and your guests to flow through the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it a perfect house for entertaining family and friends. The living room features a large flat screen TV and opens up to the pool area.

The ground floor features one guest bedroom equipped with a King size bed and private bathroom. Three other guestrooms featuring King, Queen & Full-size beds, as well as their own private bathrooms, are located on the second floor, along with the Master Suite and additional sleep space featuring a Twin size bunk bed, ideal for kids or teenagers. The Master Suite entails a King size bed, flat screen TV, private oceanfront balcony and private Master bath. The bathroom has an incredible soaking tub, walk-in shower, large vanity with double sinks and well-lit vanity mirror.

Sit back and relax in the hot tub, swim laps in the private pool, or spend the day on the beach using your own private boardwalk! Hang out next door at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill or at one of the many restaurants, shops or entertainment venues South Padre Island has to offer!

The condo was true to size. The staircase is very steep!! Anyone taking an elderly family member, I would not recommend the upstairs rooms. Anyone taking a toddler, please take a baby gate. The distance to the beach is short walk. Bonus...there's a great burger/bar next door!!

Beautiful Clean and comfortable

Stayed with family and friends for a Memorial service. The beds were awesome comfortable. Every single one!! I tryed them all. The kitchen was full of all kinds of cooking utensils ~ we brought our chef. He loved the gas stove! The AC worked well minor issue called & they fixed it immediately at 10pm at night! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Highly recommend!

Great Location - House Needs Work

House is located right on the beach and with the pool/hot tub their is plenty to enjoy. The house, new in 2019, needs maintenance work, both inside and outside. Furniture seems rather cheap and leg on dining room chair was about to fall off and actually pinched the finger of one in our group. Refrigerator door was broken and froze fruit we ended up throwing out. The driveway is lined with large rock that is a challenge to walk on and since they no longer let you park in the garage, you are forced to walk on them as we had 4 cars parked in the driveway. Regardless of the house issues, we had a great time. We would return, but probably not to this house.

Beautiful property. Loved it

Great experience beautiful property. Really enjoyed the location, central and easy walking around. Private beach access was great. Private pool and hot tub excellent. Management was extremely easy to deal with. Highly recommend this property! First time in South Padre we will be back.

Great pictures

I selected this property because of the location and high real estates value according to Zillow. Expecting a well appointed property, we were not initially disappointed. Then we noticed the bedroom mattresses looked like some might have been bought second hand or found on the side of the road. When we pulled backed the sheets. They smelled and had multiple stains - on both sides. The bakeware and cookware was very lacking and and better sets can be bought at Goodwill. Then there was the John Wayne toilet paper. Overlooking these faults however, the property functioned as presented.

Great location, ok service.

This house is great and the location is perfect. Where this house lacks is service and amenities. Here are a few examples. There is minimal furniture outside and none provided for the upstairs balcony. This was so odd that they would have a nice balcony with no way to enjoy other than stand. The grill is dirty and older, along with some of the kitchen items, like the ancient coffee pot. They provided one trash bag for the kitchen and when I inquired about where we can find more we were told we only get enough for the first day and then we are on our own. The front door didn’t lock. A few upgrades and this place would be perfect. Missed opportunity to provide excellent service and furniture/appliances. For the price, we expected more.

AMAZING Birthday getaway and vacation

I rented this property for my wife 40th birthday. The property was beautiful, the location was perfect and the views were simply amazing. the private access to your own pool and the beach were perfect! I will absolutely consider renting this property again.

A minor detail (but important) the stove was not properly working therefore not possible family cook, we reported and they sent a person that was not able to fix it, so we dealt with the inconvenience of half work stove. Family beach vacation

We stayed at this property November 20-27th over Thanksgiving. The location is great, the beach is amazing and the layout of the home was very nice for our group of 11 people. It's very nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom and South Padre did not disappoint! If you are really into the beach and pool like we are a couple things to know is that they do not provide beach towels or any beach chairs. We had to go to Walmart and buy portable chairs so we didn't have to sit in the sand. The pictures of the pool area are accurate and there are no lounge chairs to lay in the sun on, only the couches. We did have to buy a fry pan because the largest one in this home was a 10" fry pan that was in rough shape and with 11 people it was not large enough to fry bacon and eggs for breakfast or brown hamburger for spaghetti. If you are bringing babies you will need to bring your own portable high chairs and portacribs as they do not provide them. The location, beach and layout of the house was great but it would be nice at this price point if they would provide some of the basic necessities like beach towels, lounge chairs and a well stocked kitchen. We did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our spring break vacation at the property very much. The house was very clean and well maintained. We were a large group and had enough beds for all of us. The beach was right behind our backyard and it was nice waking up to the sound of the ocean. The grocery stores (Walmart and HEB) we about 15 minutes drive which was really good and there were a few corner stores nearby if you needed a few groceries. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Family vacation

Beautiful views. There was plenty of room for our party of 13. The management group responded quickly to our questions and were great to work with. The 4 star rating is due to a few things. When we first arrived there was a distinct strong smell of mold/mildew upstairs. It was coming from the master bathroom area. They did have a plug in air freshener to try and help but the smell was just too much. The kitchen/dining area was plenty big enough to facilitate our large group. Very minimal amenities/supplies (we had to purchase our own garbage can liners even). For the price paid we figured it would be fully stocked. Overall it was a great place to stay and wonderful staff to help out with any questions.

Nice beach home but dissappointed

The location and beach are beautiful. The house was nice although the quality was lacking for a "luxury" home. Door handles broken, lights missing, outside gates off their hingesOur first night we wanted to use hot tub/pool and the heater was not working and temp was 70 f. Maintenance/pool people couldn't fix it so we asked to be moved to a unit with working pool. Fortunately unit next door was open and we had to pack up and move to that unit. Also, all of the smoke alarm battery access doors were open and maintenance had to fix which was very strange. Other than these issues we had a nice time.
