Noooo and noooo

Booked an large group stay in a busy travel weekend to be told at 9pm by a non present property owner by telephone nothing was available and hotels shouldnt have booked it. Imagine my trouble finding a place to stay that night after an hour on the phone with the 800 operator. Then told its 7 day refund on a $500 2 night booking I never checked into or was available. First bad experience booking on hotel.com in 15+ business stays, and this was the one I needed for vacation

Very attractive condo that is three minutes from the beach. Quiet and comfortable.
