Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We had 3 adults and 3 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was very clean and organized, they had anything we could have needed and more. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful panoramic view from the master bedroom!

We had a great time at this condo , minus 1 night when the bar next door had a DJ and it was so loud and in to the late night. But it was 4th of July and there was a lot going on. The condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything you need. Our hostess Cathy was very helpful in getting us checked in and was always available when we had any questions.
Volleyball area is right below. Was fun to watch.

Great Family Beach Vacation

My family - ages 2 to 77 - had a ball at the condo. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Corner 5th floor unit provided amazing natural light and a can’t beat wrap around balcony. Just steps from the beach and not too crowded in late June. Secure location that was easy in and easy out. Definitely heading back!!

Perfect family beach trip

This condo was amazing for our large family with plenty of room for everyone. Quiet complex with a beautiful pool, easy access to the beach and view of the coast from the balcony. The condo was clean, decorated on theme for the beach, nice linens and towels, and well equipped kitchen. We will be back!

Lovely stay at South Padre

We stayed in March 2025 for 4 nights. Despite it being spring break week, the condo complex itself was quiet with only about 50% occupancy.The rooms were a delight. Modern, spacious, the view out the master was spectacular. Every imaginable cooking utensil or amenity was provided, from beach towels to blankets to even some sand gear. Beds were comfortable and outdoor furniture was very nice. We made ample use of the pool and hot tub. Never had to shop for anything other than groceries.Location is fabulous, walkable to lots but away from crowds. Beach view and distance are as advertised, easy to hear ocean from patio. Very minor gripes: there is a bar next door and one night they were blaring music until after midnight. This was only one night and the other nights music was quieter and turned off at 10p. Rooms are well insulated, it didn’t bother us inside the unit, only on the balcony. We prefer ocean waves to music. We will come again! Thank you!

Wonderful!

First of all the owner of this property was amazing from beginning to end! Cathy worked with me through a few things in the beginning, and was very responsive to any and all inquiries or concerns. The Condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and more! The location was perfect! We were able to walk virtually anywhere, and the places we did need a car for were not far at all! My family and I will definitely stay here again when we come back, and I highly recommend this Condo and owner! Our stay couldn't have been more amazing!

Enjoyed the stay!

We came here for my mother in-laws birthday, it was our 4 year olds first time as well. We had a total of 5adults and the toddler and it was plenty spacious, property manager was quite responsive. Right next to the pier, and maybe a 15min drive over the bridge. The walk to the beach is maybe like 5mins it’s real close to the ocean so that was super convenient when the little was tired and burnt. AC runs cold, it was a relief after being outside in 100’ weather. We stayed here for a comfortable week, and hating leaving. Would rent again!

Amazing Extended Stay

Our family stayed in the condo for 38 days and truly loved our experience. The balcony facing the gulf along with the master bedroom and living room offer a beautiful view of the sunrise while the front door balcony facing the bay offers a great view of the Friday night fireworks during the summer. The property has 2 private beaches accesses which made accessing the beach very easy and convenient. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The entire condo, including the kitchen was more than well equipped, I can’t think of anything that was missing. There were even beach chairs, and umbrella, frisbees, and boogie boards for my children to use. The grounds are kept immaculate. The owner was very responsive and accommodating whenever we needed something. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises.
