Relax In Our Luxurious Contemporary Beach Condo next to Clayton's Bar and Grill

This 3 bedrooms / 2 bath unit located at the Tiki Condominiums, is the ideal vacation getaway! It's perfect for family and friends to enjoy. This condo is close to the pool area as well as a few steps away from south padre’s white sandy beach.

Enjoy the gulf breeze from the over-sized balcony facing the 2nd pool (unit is not directly on the ocean), lounge at one of Tiki's two heated pools, stroll through the tropical grounds in one of south padre island's most popular beachfront resorts or use our property grills to make some barbecue ribs & fajitas.

Prepare your favorite meals in a tastefully updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and contemporary cabinets including oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, blender, coffee maker and utensils. Sheets & bath towels are provided.

Entertain, cheer on your home team or catch up on your favorite movies in the spacious living area outfitted with comfortable furnishings, cable, DVD player and free Wifi.

Rest in the comfort of our Temper-pedic beds, soft pillows and 600 thread Egyptian linen. The first guest room called the 'Sea Breeze Room' has 1 queen size bed. The second guest room the 'Beach Room' has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 people and one twin bed. The 'Lavender Room' is a master bedroom that has a king bed. The full beach condo has just been renovated! In addition, the living room sleeper is a full fold-out bed. There's a full inflatable bed available for groups of more than 8 people (see additional guest fee). Wash away the sand in our 2 stylish, accessible walk-in tile showers, one in the master & the other in the hall that is close to the other two rooms. This condo also comes with a washer and dryer (detergent not provided).

Bring your beloved pet (small/medium size only) for an additional fee and begin your dream vacation at the Tiki.

Rest assured, we disinfect the condo before our guests check in to offer a clean and healthy atmosphere.

The apartment was fantastic, and we enjoyed our stay. The only potential issue is the Aresol air fresheners that were set up to activate automatically every few minutes. This will be an issue for anyone sensitive to scents or with bad asthma. We disabled these and aired everything out, and were able to stay without issue after.

Great place to stay with young kids. They loved the bunk beds and decor. It had plenty of room and we all fit at the table to eat dinner together which was great!

We arrived and the dishwasher had a broken note taped to it, and it was obviously there for quite some time since the paper's edges were all curled. Two of the three tv's did not work. Service man got one of the two working. Condition of the property has potential, but some areas just need a little tender loving care - painting, sanding, fixing, etc.

We vacation in South Padre Island at least once or twice a year and we almost always rent this condo when it’s available during the time we want to come down. The host is very attentive to any needs that might occur. The biggest bonus for us is that they are pet friendly and we always vacation with our two dogs. There is plenty of room to spread out in the condo and the pools are always very clean, property is well kept. Tiki staff have always been very friendly as well. Exterminators even came to the condo to do their monthly spray while we were there. No complaints whatsoever. Cannot wait to return next year!

Multiple issues

Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. We encountered a late check-in due to a maintenance issue. We didn't receive a call or a notification to let us know the condo was ready. We ended up going to the reception at 5:45pm almost missing the office because the closing time was 6pm to find out the condo was ready. Due to these issues, we requested a late check out, and to our surprised we only received 30 extra minutes.Upon arrival, despite the floors and bathrooms being clean, we noticed an unpleasant odor in all the bed blankets and sheets. The dish washer was broken, and the dryer's filter was filthy, and no soap provided for the washer. There was no soap/shampoo available in all the bathrooms, and there weren't enough towels for the number of guests advertised in the listing. The towels provided were small, thin and scratchy, and there were insufficient blankets for all the beds mentioned in the listing.The beds were uncomfortable, particularly the master bedroom mattress, which had an odd structure causing guests to roll towards the middle. Pillows were also uncomfortable and not enough for everyone.The pool was below standard, dirty, and people were playing inappropriate music for children. We were also removed from the pool before the advertised closing time of 11 pm, and the security personnel were less than pleasant.The reception staff showed little effort to accommodate our family's needs with added to our disappointment with our stay.

Great location for beach access and nice property. We had some small issues but the owner was quick to discuss solutions. It was clean and overall nice place to stay. I would not recommend for families of more than about 8 people due to smaller rooms and space.

Tiki condo

It was a nice condo. But I am having a hard time giving it a good review. I reached out to owner or property manager about refunding the pet fee since we did not bring them. He said the system will not let him refund me after I check in. As an owner or property manager you can figure out a way to refund to do what’s right. We told the front desk when we checked in that we did not have pets. No where in writing does it say I have to notify about pet changes before I checked in even though I did let front desk know. The king mattress was very uncomfortable. You completely sink into the mattress. The dish washer was out of order. Whoever I was talking to using text messaging was very unprofessional.

Condo exceeded expectations

Everything was perfect. Room is clean with everything you can possibly need. Location is perfect with beach access and Clayton’s just at walking distance. Only disappointment is the security guards are extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m only speaking about the security guards because all other staff were excellent! Other than that everything was great.

The property was nice in itself and I would stay here again but I did not receive enough wristbands for my entire party and the security guards tried to accuse us of not staying there. That made for a lot of inconvenience when I was clear about how many people were in the party and it was not over the limit. The master bedroom comforter was also dirty and I never received word that I was able to check in.after I was told I would get a call stating cleaning was out of the property

Annaul Family Trip

Great stay at a great property! This property is great whether you stay here in the heat off summer or dead of winter! An easy short walk to the beach and a nice pool (heated in the cold months). The condo is showing its age a little, but it is purely cosmetic. Comminicatjon with the owner is always quici and easy. We have stayed here many times over the years and always look forward to our next trip.

Great Location!

Nice stay overall! Amazing Location! Large place (we had 7 of us comfortably). The heated pool in winter months was a plus. I really enjoyed walking the nearby Laguna Madre trail in the mornings while the kids slept. Good communication from the owner. Only negative was the dishwasher was broke. I thought the owner was going to comp. me some of the money because of the broken dishwasher but she didn't (maybe I misunderstood her). I would recommend this place though.
