We've packed our 1 bedroom with sleeping space for 6 to be sure you and your guests each have a comfortable corner to rest your head. Our ground-floor condo has a covered patio with a grassy yard between our back door and South Padre Island's award-winning restored dunes. Just beyond the dunes is endless sand and surf. You will have direct beach access from the resort, a rinse station, as well as all the resort amenities you could ask for - pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, rentals, poolside snack and drink bar, kiddie pool (formerly a hot tub), and on-site security. WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

It was just steps from the be ach and pool. It was everything they said it was . The only problem was finding a parking spot. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. I will definitely be back. Loved it here.

Condo was nice. Although the beds are situated to where it’s difficult to get to an outlet close to either bed. There is not a coffee filter in the coffee maker, so make sure you bring some. Also, the dust pan does not allow you to actually get sand off the floor. There is a nice storage room off the patio to store your beach stuff so you aren’t bringing in additional sand. The mosquitos are horrendous this year, so bring extra mosquito spray

Location: perfect. Cleanliness: good enough. Beds and linens: great. Amenities: wonderful. The only problem we had was a security knocking on the door when only my 10-year-old was at the condo and when he said who is it, the guy continued to press buttons to come in. My 10-year-old ran and grabbed us at the pool. When I asked the older gentleman that was working maintenance, he said it was a pest control worker and they let themselves in whenever they want even if it is occupied by a guest. When I notified the owners on VRBO was never called or written back. There is a huge security issue with a master key can “come in whenever they want to”. This is not a standard protocol I have ever heard of. This issue should be addressed before something terrible happens to somebody.

Always a great stay.

We’ve stayed in this particular condo a few times and always check for availability here first. We love the easy access to the beach. No stairs, no elevators. Beach equipment can be left on the porch instead of dragging through the condo every time. Theres a great grassy area right outside for kids to run around. The beds were VERY comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked. Laundry is right at the end of the hall. We look forward to staying here again

Simple & close to everything

The condo was simple, just what we needed. It was close to the pool & the gate to go to the beach - just what we wanted with the kids! There is a large grass area just out the door where kids can play too! Condo has what we needed for amenities. The couch cushions could use a good cleaning though. With the sand from the beach, wet bodies from the pool & humidity, the cushions were a little sticky feeling & dirty. Check in was easy, but know it is not on the property, so, plan extra time to go there. Kitchen had the items we needed to cook & make cocktails. Overall, this condo was exactly what we needed!

It was nice, but we were constantly fighting off roaches which grossed us out. We couldn't really buy groceries or bring food back due to all the roaches which was VERY upsetting. I had to through out alot of stuff we did buy because of this. I did tell the welcome center, but Never heard back from them.
