Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and the crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Perfect place for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.

Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink, while you sit back to read a book and listen to the soothing ocean waves. When the sun goes down, watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water.

Natural light warms the living and dining rooms, a great space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably in an armchair or on the cushy couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. In the evening, put your feet up as you unwind from a fun-filled day to enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV.

Enjoy the spacious kitchen and gorgeous granite countertops as you whip up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably, 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, in the large primary bedroom, while snug beneath the covers of the king size bed. Offers ample storage for your belongings in the multi-drawer dresser and closet. In the evening, as you settle into sleep, watch a show on the mounted flat screen TV, as you drift off to sleep.

Pamper yourself in the spa-like primary bath with double sinks, a beautiful granite vanity, and plenty of storage for toiletries below. At the end of the day enjoy rinsing off the salty sand in the beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The roomy guest bedroom has two queen size beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Offers storage for belongings in the 3-drawer dresser and closet. Guests staying in this room will enjoy having a mounted flat screen TV. The washer and dryer are tucked away behind a door in the corner. Freshen up in the guest bathroom, features a sleek granite vanity and a beautiful tiled tub/shower combo, great for taking a hot bubble bath at the end of a fabulous day to soak your tired muscles.

The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Take a stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard. Take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (one heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing cool drink from one of two seasonal poolside snack bars. Kid friendly snacks are also available. Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to assist in attaining a sun kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and the crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

If you decide to leave Saida Condominium Community for a bite to eat or to explore shops, you are a short walk away from the main street, Padre Blvd. There are several great restaurants at reasonable prices. Locals love Manual's (cash only & closed on Monday) or Cafe Isabel for breakfast and Marcello's, Pirate's Landing or Dirty Al's for lunch or dinner. To experience adventures further along the island, take advantage of the city's free transportation on The Island Metro. See the Island Metro Schedule here. On the north side of the island, experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.

Great Vacation!

I recently stayed for 4 nights with family and we had a blast, this place has three pools and a bar and it’s right on the beach. The condo is very big and roomy, definitely big enough for my family and I love the huge vanity his and hers mirrors and sinks in the master bath. I also very much enjoyed the balcony as we can catch the sunrise from it. Definitely plan on returning in the future.

I know repairs need to be done, but a warning in the elevator about a water shut off, should be post well in advance. Also there was construction above us. The last day of our stay the noise was so loud I had to wear ear plugs. My husband called the vacasa office on the island complaining about this issue and the said they would call him back, but have never called or emailed us back. We will never stay at Saudi Towers again.

Terrible management

We arrived on Friday and all was well. Sunday when power and water failed the management team was non responsive and had no options or solutions. When we finally realized this was along term problem we informed them we were leaving and all they wanted to do was check us out. We ask for a partial refund they said they would talk to their manager. When I ask for the managers name and number they refused to give us any information and said they would have him call us. 3 days and have still not heard from them.

The A/C didn't work the first night, but was fixed first thing in the morning. It would have been nice to have a cable box in the bedrooms, instead of just a tv and dvd player. The condo is in a good location and has a nice view.

Great Family Vacation

Our family goes to South Padre Island very often and we have stayed at several locations. This condo was exceptional in location, cleanliness and comfort. One of the problems with beachfront properties has always been bugs. Not once did we have that problem and the kitchen was perfect for cooking. Lots of counter space. It was great to have an indoor washer/dryer. I had question about the washing machine, since it was a newer model than the one i have at home. Front office was quick to help. The condo was modern, not outdated looking. We were very comfortable being there. Walking distance to food/shops. We would definitely choose this condo again. The property has good pools and facilities. We have stayed on this property in different condos before. However, this time I was a bit disturbed that there was an issue with the electricity going out in the elevators and no sign was posted. For some one with clostrophibia issues it was a horrible experience when it happened to me and my daughter. Five minutes felt like an eternity. Another gentleman in there was trying to locate the office number on his phone and I was privately in panic so my daughter would not be alarmed. Luckily 2 housekeepers were in there also and one told the other, "open it like you did last time". When I saw her stick her fingers between the doors I quickly pull the doors apart. Thank goodness they opened with ease. Needless to say I used the stairs for the remainder of stay. My family used the elevator, but I could not. I'm glad this great condo is on the 3rd floor and the stairs was good exercise.

We had a wonderful family vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very clean and spacious. Having access to a washer and dryer helped me avoid a post-vacation mountain of laundry. The bathrooms are pretty and up to date. The furniture is very nice, and so is the bedding. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook. My only feedback is that the front door lock is very hard to work with and probably needs to be updated (we told the management group that when we checked out). I would definitely book a vacation at this condo again. The beach was a short walk from the condo, and the place felt very secure. Thanks for a lovely stay.
