Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink prepared at the wet bar while you sit back to devour a good book and listen to the soothing ocean waves. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down.

The spacious living and dining rooms are perfect for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Natural light warms the large room. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. Put your feet up in the evening while watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV.

Enjoy the gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as you whip up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a large 4-shelf pantry to fill with your favorite foods. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests, and there are 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

In the primary bedroom, wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico while snug beneath the covers of the king-size bed. In the afternoon, take a break from your fun-filled day to nap on the cozy bed or watch a show on the flat-screen TV. The bedroom offers ample storage for your belongings in the 3 and 6-drawer dressers, 2 double-drawer nightstands, and a semi-walk-in closet. Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite, featuring a beautiful granite vanity with double sinks and a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom is roomy and boasts a king-size bed. It's the perfect spot to take a break in the afternoon to lay back and watch a show on the flat-screen TV. The washer and dryer are tucked behind a door in the corner; you won't notice they are there. Store your belongings in the 3-drawer dresser with attached mirror, double-drawer nightstands, and closet with upper shelf.

The dreamy second guest bedroom is a large room with comfortable twin and full-size beds to ensure a restful night of sleep. It has a large flat-screen TV and a closet with an upper shelf and extra pillows. A large utility closet is on the far side of the room, with room to store suitcases and other belongings.

The spacious guest bathroom is shared between the guest bedrooms and can be accessed from both guest bedrooms and the entryway hallway. It features a beautiful granite vanity with cupboard space below for toiletries and additional storage in a 5-shelf linen closet. Enjoy a hot bubble bath in the newly remodeled tub/shower combo.

The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard, or take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing, cool drink from one of two poolside snack bars (seasonal). Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to attain a sun-kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening, unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

If you decide to leave Saida Condominium Community for a bite, there are local favorites within walking distance: Ceviche Ceviche, Russo's Pizzeria South Padre Island, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. To experience adventures along the island, take advantage of the city's free transportation on The Island Metro. See the Island Metro Schedule here. On the island's north side, experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe various bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
