Same day bookings accepted if available!! Fantastic location steps away from the beach in the beautiful Tiki luxury condominium complex. Ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Permit # 2023-0464. Beautiful gardens surround 2 nice heated swimming pools. Spring break restrictions apply: Families only or adults 24 years old with verified IDs. Our condo is fully furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Living room has a sofa-sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric range & oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. We provide you with 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN, DVD player, free WIFI internet service, VOIP phone with free long distance (domestic) calls, bed linens, bath towels, iron and ironing board. You only need to bring your personal items. The 2 heated (at winter time) outdoor swimming pools were renovated this year. We're located just across the boulevard from Sea Turtle Inc. and the fantastic South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, the Rio Grande Valley's premier destination for birdwatching. Walking distance to Clayton's, Club Louie, Barry's Bistro, On The Border, etc.. Many activities within 10 minutes of the condominium: South Padre Island Water Park, dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing, windsurfing, kite-boarding and sailboat rentals. There is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Other activities include beach 4-wheeling, horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Paradise for golfers, there is golf at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista and many more courses around the valley. Come see why we love South Padre Island!!! Pets must be pre-approved. We had a spectacular time over the Thanksgiving holiday with our family. We needed a larger unit (2 bd/2ba) for our stay and luckily found this location. The condo was so nice and really felt like home. David, the owner, was so sweet and responded immediately as we got into town much later than expected. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo - the location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beautiful SPI beach. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you again David.

We had a great stay for a long weekend. While slightly more dated, the property had pretty much everything you would need and the host was exceptionally communicative and easy to work with. There are two pools on the property as well, which is nice if you want a little break from the beach. A couple of quick notes that would have helped me when looking:1. Shampoo / body wash is not provided. Travel bars are soap are available, but had I known I would have brought my own.2. While the property itself is right on the right, this specific unit is a couple minutes walk. It was still extremely close and easy to get to the beach.Overall the notes above were extremely minor and did not negatively impact our stay at all.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Expectation were certainly met and even exceeded when interacting with the host. Best part of our stay was being only a 7 minute walk to the beach! Second best thing was being so close to Turtles Inc, and souvenir shops. Will definitely come back again, soon!!!

Place is very clean. It’s also spacious, good size bedrooms and restrooms. The beds are super comfy and linens look new, not old over washed. Overall this place felt cozy and owner was super nice and easy to contact and communicate . A place like Home. Looking forward in going back.

Beautiful condo really close by the beach kitchen has all utensils you need to cook and also bbq Mr. David very attentive the condo is super clean comfortable beds spacious closets they also have some stuff for the beach the only thing we had trouble connecting to the internet 
. Friday night we saw the fireworks really close we just went to the beach and it was a beautiful show Clayton’s beach bar it’s right there next to the condos aver all I will give it 10 stars

Everything was perfect from booking till the end of another family fun weekend. David the host was amazing his communication and hospitality was the best. We had 6 people 3 adults and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and have space. Kitchen was fully stock with supplies to make all our delicious meals.

Nice location and amenities

Went on a crowded July 4th weekend, and the property maintenance staff were working hard to keep the pools cleaned, trees trimmed, trash cleaned up, and most importantly - parking spaces free from other beachgoers. Went to dinner at the Marriott next door - zero parking, and guests were having to park across the street. Ended up dropping everyone off and parking back at our condo to walk. The beach was convenient, and the host was very communicative and nice.

The condo owner communicated well. The condo was equipped with everything we needed - from toilet paper to paper towels to dishwashing liquid to hand soap.The condo was great for the time we stayed there (four nights). We will definitely rent this condo again.

Nice and fun

We had a great time and loved the location. Was able to see the fireworks, enjoy the beach, and pool! Family had a great time. Only thing was the accessibility for wheelchair getting into the room, does have a small step and can be difficult with the wheelchairs and has tub, no walk in shower option for accessibility. My grandpa enjoyed the patio area and fun day at the pool! He turned 95! Thank you!! A must do again!

Great location with an excellent host. Communicative and responsive. Property's well maintained with comfort in mind. Not too far from the beach and in the middle of all the fun stuff to do at SPI. Will most definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying in this property and we loved it. It is well stocked with all the essentials. Within walkable distance to beach access. Very clean and comfortable environment. Check in was simple and communication with David was always very quick in regards to response time and extremely friendly. Will be staying there again soon.

Thanksgiving in SPI

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was perfect for me and my husband, daughter and son-in-law and their dog. The location was great. And it was decorated so cute. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, pleasant condo near beach

Spacious, clean and comfortable condo with easy access to beach, about a minute's walk from the beach. First floor with walkway to handicapped parking spot, suitable for seniors. Owner was responsive and welcoming. On site office management was nice. This was a terrific experience and we highly recommend this place.

Perfect 2 Bedroom Condo with Great Location!

Let me start by saying that we have stayed at The Tiki for many years now, but we have always rented a one-bedroom unit close to the gulf. We decided to try a 2-bedroom condo and we discovered David's beautiful island home, and it did not disappoint. The 2-bedroom unit was a lot more spacious which is exactly what we needed because we are a family of four. It is a very comfortable ground floor unit with a short walk to the beach. David is a very nice owner, and his communication was great. He was always a phone call or text away in case we needed anything. We had a great experience at David's beautiful island home that I told him that he gained annual renters. Thank you, David, for making our island stay GREAT!
