You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and internet enabled digital entertainment center. What a beautiful view! Accommodations were exactly as advertised! Our only complaint for the whole stay was that we wished the hot water in the showers was hotter.

Absolutely perfect! We loved our stay, had everything we needed. Walked out to sit on the beach every day. Condo is beautifully decorated! So many close restaurants and lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is absolutely perfect!!! Beautiful beach front views, decor, & grounds. The beach theme decorations and colors throughout the condo were just perfect! The grounds are kept clean and is a gated area. The hosts thought of everything that you might need while you are on vacation and have it there for you to use. The kitchen had everything you needed!!!! That was so nice to have access to all the appliances & serving pieces! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, towels were nice and there are fans in all the bedrooms. There is a washer & dryer & they even provided beach towels. They even had card games available to play. The balcony had very nice table and chairs to enjoy the beach views! Our stay was absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo!!!!

My entire family had an excellent time during our Christmas week stay. The weather was 75-80 degrees all week and the gulf was warm enough for swimming. The condo was perfect for our stay. It is a perfect location and the owner the property and owners have provided all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The owners are very responsive to all questions and any issues that may arise. We absolutely loved this condo and so did our kids! Beautiful and well kept. The beach view spans from the master suite to the dining room/kitchen so you can enjoy the stunning view your whole time. The owners were kind, responsive and easy to work with and they have truly thought of every detail when decorating and loading this condo, so that you truly feel at home. Just bring your clothes and groceries and they have thought of the rest. Get some detergent, if you’d like to do laundry while there. The facility itself is also a nice place as well; equipped with two pools, direct access to the beach and showers. Check-in and checkout with the facility and property could not have been easier. We will for sure recommend this condo to anyone traveling to SPI! The perfect home away from home! Thank you Ed and Betty for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!
