WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Enjoy the stunning panoramic Beach View from this spacious 3BR/2BA condo. The fifth-floor unit has vaulted ceilings and tile flooring sprinkled with beach-inspired decor.

This beachfront condo complex is located in the heart of South Padre Island and has easy access to many nearby activities. Enjoy abundant on-site amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and direct beach access. Suntide II is also within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping.

LIVING ROOM
Sprawl out on the sofas in the living room and enjoy a movie on the 40' flat-screen TV. A plush armchair offers a relaxing seat to curl up with a book.

KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen features all-black appliances, a large pantry, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining room table set for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The condo includes three bedrooms that sleep six in total. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Retreat to the primary bedroom-- outfitted with a king-size bed, 32' flat screen TV, access to the balcony, and ensuite. The ensuite is complete with a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Wake up to a beautiful view of the rising sun as it peaks over the gorgeous ocean horizon from your primary bedroom. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a closet. A third bedroom includes two twin-size beds and a 32' flat-screen TV. Guest bath is a full bath with a shower tub combo. The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Enjoy a thrilling game of tennis, lounge by the pool, or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy direct ocean access to the beach, and if you so choose, stop for a game of beach volleyball along the way.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment!!! It’s big, comfortable and exactly what the pictures show!! Plenty of amenities and wonderful view of the beach!!! My elderly parents were able to move around in their walkers and wheelchair without a problem!! Will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Suntide II! The condo was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. One of our favorite features was the bedroom with a stunning view of the ocean; waking up to the sound of waves was pure bliss. We were traveling with a 104-year-old family member in a wheelchair, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. The elevator access made getting to the condo effortless, and the large balcony provided a beautiful, accessible space for everyone to enjoy the sea breeze and scenery together. Truly a memorable and accessible getaway!

Sister trip

We are 3 sisters taking our first trip together since going off to college, the Navy, and getting married over 42 years ago. The condo worked well as we each had a bedroom to ourself and common area to play card games and spend time on the patio listening to the gulf waves. Great memories!!

Location and views were great and access to amenities. Only issues were skillets need replaced as peeling and the 2nd king bed room ceiling fan nor functioning properly.

Excellent Location and Cozy

The overall condo felt so welcoming. The new couches were comfortable and you can tell there was other recent updates with the paint. Only a few areas could use some updates: cookware and knives. The knives were all very dull and the cooking skillets are scratched and warped in the middle. Parking, while I understand it is limited, should allow up to 2 passes when you’re renting a place to fit 8 and you need more than one vehicle to transport everyone. Would stay here again.

Very clean & comfortable

We loved our stay here. It was my husband and I & our two daughters (4 and 9). We only used 2 of the 3 large bedrooms. Two with king beds and one with twin beds. Two nice-sized closets. Huge balcony with an amazing view of the beach. Kitchen and living room were also very spacious and had everything you need. Very clean, modern-beach look. Furniture was comfortable and updated. LOTS of large closets available. 5th floor corner unit with stairs right outside and elevators very close by. Clean, heated pool outside. Walkway to the beach with shower. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Family vacation

You can tell it’s been recently renovated. It was a decent place but the tvs in the bedrooms never worked. We called maintenance they came but never resolved the issue. You can only park one car on premises and when you have 8 ppl you can’t all fit in one car so I think that’s crazy. One car had to park on the street and one night I parked 4 blocks away.

Property is great for location right on the beach. Check-in was flawless and gentleman at counter was friendly. This unit is a little worn out. Furniture in living area is well worn and you will literally sink into couch and loveseat has plywood under the cushions to give some support. King bed in master is lumpy and well worn out. You can feeling the stuffing in the mattress and you sink into bed. Was an unusually quiet weekend on the island and that made for a pleasant stay but this unit could use some new furniture sooner than later. Kitchen was well stocked but as with other units we have rented on the island it is always a good idea to pack a good cutting board and good chefs knife if you plan on cooking.
