Experience a family-friendly condo managed by us—Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals. This Serene Sanctuary is located in a peaceful, gated complex with gorgeous beach views from the living area. It’s also next to a local water park—Beach Waterpark. This cozy second-floor unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families, couples, and friends. Please note that there is no elevator access (one set of stairs). All amenities are provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay—even all the beach supplies!

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Designed with families in mind, the condo includes:
-Fun mini-bunkroom with RV-sized twin beds for kids (up to age 9-10)
- Full-size washer/dryer, pack-n-play, booster chair, and kids' dishes
- Beach gear: chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys
- Games, books, and a SONOS speaker for entertainment

The condo was perfect for our 32 night stay. We loved all the extra touches (sunscreen, spices to cook with). We loved being steps from the beach and so close to the heated pool and hot tub. Loved the we could catch the free Island shuttle close to the condo. A very secure gated community. Our host was great.

Everything was perfect for a family post-Christmas vacation. The condo had everything we needed, the location was fabulous (the free bus rides on the Island and to Port Isabel were an added bonus), and the beach was amazing right outside our door. Our host was very communicable.

Very comfortable and homey property and the host has provided every item you might need. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Roseanna was easy and she responded quickly. The condo is at the Southern end of the island which is quieter and perfect for families and children to walk, swim, play frisbee or search for seashells. My family loved our stay and hated to leave.

This condo is beautiful, very well decorated and the view of the beach from the balcony is lovely. All the extra items provided made our stay even better if we needed someone it was already there and provided by Rosanna. She is an attentive host and accommodating, we were able to stay add an extra day and have a late check out since it was raining on one of our planned days. The beds are very comfortable, woke up feeling well rested. My family definitely will be planning another trip and staying here in future.

Family Getaway

We had a great time for a family getaway with our three young kids before school starts! The condo was very clean with all the necessities. It’s a great location and the beach was beautiful. Rosanna is a great host and communicated before and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. Also, she recommended the restaurant Viva which was wonderful!

Very clean and spacious condo with private access to the beach! It was just as depicted in photos, the communication was terrific from the property owner, and we were close to everything but not too close. We would definitely recommend, and we would stay again.

Great Property !! Clean and Nice

This property is very clean and well-maintained, offering all the amenities you'd need for a comfortable beach house stay. We spent three nights here and had a great time exploring South Padre Island. One thing to note is that the condo is located on the second floor, and the building does not have an elevator. So, it may not be suitable for guests using a wheelchair or those with mobility issues. However, if you're physically able and don't mind climbing about 10–15 steps, this is a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. The condo comes equipped with beach essentials like toys, surfboards, and chairs. The view of the beach is partial but still enjoyable.

This condo on the beach was perfect!! Everything you can think of was provided. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee, wine at night. Will definitely book again. Our host was wonderful.

Perfect get away

We loved it here ! Comfortable and has all the extras you may have forgotten and even could think to remember ! Perfect location to the beach and loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony with an amazing view of the sunrise each morning . Have zero complaints because even the smallest issues were handled asap . If we are ever in this area again we would definitely love to stay again !

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay. Rosanna was so helpful throughout. There were tiny touches that made the place so homey. We enjoyed tea each evening as we sat and watched the waves. The beds were comfortable. My young boys were over the moon about the bunks. I think they played with every single beach toy available. We will be back!
