This property is in a strict HOA presence. They require guests to be 25 years of age and must inhabit a rented unit. You are NOT allowed to have guests during Spring Break or Easter Holiday (Semana Santa). From Memorial Day to Labor Day all guests are required to purchase and wear a La Solana wristband for $5.00

So much room!

Great place!!! we would highly recommend staying here!

It's nice to be in a place where you have everything and very comfy. We enjoyed the pool, went fishing to the pier at night and walked to Gravity Park and restaurants. We had a rainy day but the condo was equipped to keep the kids busy with board games, air hockey, and multiple TV's for their entertainment. Great place! we would highly recommend staying here!

Great location with access to fishing pier.

Directions to enter house was bad as steps was missing to correctly enter code. Access code to fishing pier was outdated and had to get updated code. House only had one garbage bag, no salt/pepper, no coffee. We saw 2 large cockroaches during stay.

Muy bien ubicado y muy amplio

Me encanto poder a salir a balcón y meditar por las mañanas. Fuimos a pescar en el muellecito y caminåbamos a muchas partes como el supermercado, los barecitos, y restaurantes a 5 minutos caminando. Muy espacioso y agradable. Definitivamente me vuelo a quedar aquí.
