Disliked: Cleanliness
Prior to checking in we never heard from the renter. We tried to reach him repeatedly with no response. Then the VRBO rep contacted him and he said there was a gas leak. When was he planning on telling us!?We were later told by email that our stay was cancelled because we didn’t meet the minimum age requirement. WHAT!? My wife and I are both senior citizens. Our kids are all adults. We never provided any info about age so how did he reach that conclusion? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE all around. A total scam. How does vrbo allow this? AWFUL.
