Great stay at the Bentley Hotel. Don’t judge it from the exterior appearance. The indoor hallways are nice when the weather is stormy and the inside is very spacious, cozy, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Love the modern vibe. The only thing I didn’t care for was the shower head, it doesn’t have a soft rain like spray, just a very strong pulsing and too high up for shorter people. Over all a great stay, and highly recommend it.

Clean spacious room/suite, newly updated with very nice mid century modern furnishings, brand new bath with a second sink & vanity. Loved the Hamptons Coffee in the lobby. The bed was just fine - didn't seem like that was new given the 'dip' and the wall-mounted heating units was noisy - a shame they didn't put in mini-splits instead. Overall great value in a totally overpriced market!

Staying at the Bentley was a nightmare. I was traveling alone for my 28th birthday and experienced multiple unexplained knocks on my hotel room door, including one at 5:49 a.m. The hotel claimed they saw no one on the security cameras both times. I did not feel safe at all. Because the hotel refused to take my safety seriously, I had to leave immediately, travel back to Manhattan, and pay $650 for another hotel. This completely ruined my birthday trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travelers.
