Perfect Hamptons Getaway!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home in the Hamptons for our moms’ getaway! With 12 guests, the house was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing and fun weekend. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to wineries and delicious restaurants.Although the weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy the outdoor hot tub, the entire outdoor setup was gorgeous—perfect for lounging, dining, and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the patio or relaxing after a day of wine tasting, this home had everything we needed. Highly recommend for any group looking for a stylish and serene retreat.

Girls weekend

From the start Josh was so easy to work with! He literally saved our girls trip weekend when our other property cancelled on us out of nowhere. He was so quick with responding and always answered all of my questions. This new renovation was so beautiful inside and out. The house was in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood and not far from town. Everything was sparkling clean, and we had everything we could have needed for the weekend. There was 10 of us and the set up of a king bed and bathroom for each bedroom was perfect for our group. The best part was how easy it was to check in and out. Unlike many other properties, it wasn’t an extensive check list of house chores. This made checking out a breeze. I highly recommend staying with Josh and would definitely stay here again!

All king bedrooms with their own bathrooms is an amazing layout for adults. Each bedroom/bathroom was clean and very nice, everyone feels like they were in a master bedroom.

Enjoy!

This house is as advertised – very comfortable for a large group. We are a group of 12 and everyone fit at the dining table. The bedrooms we very nice – bed linens amazing! Pool was closed for the season but the hot tub was open and very clean. The outside seating is comfortable. We did run out of gas for the grill – so check in advance that the tank is full. You will have a great weekend - enjoy!

Celebration of Life Family vacation

The house was perfect for our needs. There were 6 bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms. It made the experience so comfortable. It was early spring so too cold for the pool but the hot tub was well used! The downstairs had a ping pong table and a pool table so there was something to do for everyone. There was also a theater room! The grounds were very lovely and even had a play set for the toddler in our group. Our host was very responsive to all the questions we had and addressed all our needs. There were several restaurants and delis close by. I would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect place with great ambiance

The place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean with a relaxing ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay. Our most favorite area was the basement where we play pool and table tennis. We also like the mini theater where we watch videos with the whole family. The neigborhood is nice which makes us feel safe. I highly recommend this place. It is indeed a great retreat area! I would choose it over again in our next family vacation.

Perfect getaway for my group of girlfriends

To say we had an excellent stay, would be an understatement. This lovely home was the perfect place for my getaway with the girls. From booking, all the way through our stay, Josh was incredibly kind and helpful to us. The rooms were perfectly sized, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The game room was a great size even with a group of 10, we had a ton of fun. 11/10 stars to this stay; I would certainly recommend, and will be back!

Great house close to Southampton

Wonderful house for 6 friends on Long Island for a week of golf. All bedrooms have theirs on en-suite bathroom. Super clean and roomy. We had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Will definitely be back !!!!

Great Southampton beach house

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we loved it; very modern. Loved the decor. The house was spotless. Brand new house with plenty of space for our large group. The dining room table could easily accommodate 10-12 people very comfortable. King size beds and each bedroom had their own beautiful bathrooms. So many amenities… jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, heated pool.and so much more. There were plenty of delis and restaurants nearby. Josh the host was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Beautiful Location, Perfect for Family Vacation!

We had a lovely time in Southampton at Arch&Co's newest rental property! The space was large and accommodated our family (4 couples and 2 kids) perfectly. There were so many things we loved about the house! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the owner was extremely accommodating with our schedule and providing us with any additional info or supplies needed. We spent most of our time in the gorgeous pool and hot tub and cooked a lot of meals at the house (kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/utensils). We also had several bonfires at the fire pit! The house is about 15 min away from great dining spots, main street (shopping), and beaches. We made sure to spend plenty of time in the game room and utilize the movie room as well! I wish we would have had more time to spend enjoying the house and all that Southampton had to offer! We would definitely return!
