Very nice hotel at a premium price (IMO). However it seems they need to do more maintenance on the room, there were many nice amenities such as a towel warmer, unfortunately that did not work. Overall this was a nice hotel we would be happy to stay at again.

The stay was very relaxing. Great food & service, lovely spa. The only issue was other ignorant people staying at the hotel, but that cant be helped by the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel with many dining options nearby. Staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. The courtesy shuttle to the cruise ship was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

For the price, we would not come back. Too many little things that were not good. For example, we booked a cozy double room, only to find that you had to climb 14 stairs to get to it with luggage. Then the entire phone system didn’t not work and they asked guests to use their cell phones. A bit of a problem if you have a phone from another country and do not want to use data. Finally, we were promised a shuttle to the cruise terminal and that was cancelled at the last minute because the driver was sick. It is a nice hotel, but for the money we paid it was not worth it.
