Nestled in Southampton, this delightful 6,000 sq. ft. house boasts 5 bedrooms - 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed. With 6 bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub and bidet, guests will feel pampered during their stay. The first floor has the primary master suite, living room, family room, a well appointed office and a large chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, etc.). The second floor has 4 spacious bedrooms including two on-suite bathrooms. Separate washer dryers on each floor. Round off the interiors with a high ceiling, large finished basement with outdoor access that has a TV lounge area, bar, full bathroom and additional spillover space. Beautifully landscaped backyard has a 40*20 gunite salt water pool with an attached spa, fire pit, built in outdoor kitchen and pergola. The house was completed in 2018 and has a "like new" feel with a three zone central air system, strong wifi and multimedia. Located south of the highway in Southampton Meadow Estates the house has easy access to a shared tennis court and a children's playground. 5 minute drive to the Southampton village downtown and a 10 minute bike ride (two bikes come with the house) to the world famous Coopers beach.
