Bad timing which could have been avoided

Window blind was broken, toilet had poo stain in it,carpet had crumbs, toilet constantly running. Tv no APPS, BED was small for double bed. We paid £115 and no breakfast.
Staff were very polite

Small changes to make and it would be awesome

Negatives: Luxury room 404 was missing a sink plug cover, a star feature was broken off the bathroom mirror and there was no soap dish in the bathroom. Little things but they need sorting to warrant a 5 star review, especially when spending over £200 for a room. Also - the pillows are far too soft and give you a stiff neck. Still got mine and my wife’s back and neck hurts also. Will be back potentially.

Disappointed and disgusted
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe booked this hotel and paid £100 to stay the night, when we got there we showed them the confirmation of the booking and that we had paid it, then they said that it hadn’t come up on there system so we would have to pay for it again!! I’m absolutely disgusted in this as £100 has been taken out of mine and my partners bank and we were unable to stay there!! I do not recommend for anyone and will not be using this app again unless I get my refund I have put a further complaint in as this is classed as fraud!!!

Our room over looked the outside air conditioning system and was very nosy.we had to change rooms. The staff were very helpful.
