We were shocked to learn the hotel was not brand new. The grounds, rooms, and lobby, were impeccably clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Great experience.

Fourth floor third floor issues.

The only complaints are the third floor has poor water pressure and the fourth floor above use had a very loud and heavy person stomping are around at 3am.
