Full sized frig + microwave, dishwasher, cooktop and a reasonable assortment of cooking stuff. Room was great, beach/pool/new fishing pier area is really nice. Room had a mini balcony, also nice. If you wanted to you could walk to Southport downtown, if not a couple minutes drive. We were very happy with our choice. Complex is situated front to back on the river vs. Side to side FYI, but that wasnt a problem for us. Would defi itely stay here again.

We stayed here for our 25th Anniversary. It was very nice/clean. We enjoyed laying in the lounge chairs on the little sandy beach every evening. Perfect little getaway!!

The office allowed us to check in early since our room was available. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Parking below our room under a carport was also convenient for protecting our bicycles. River dock was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee.

Good location, very nice room. Very comfortable bed and super clean bathroom. Extremely friendly staff. Just be aware it is small hotel. It does not offer 24hr services (up to 9 pm) nor any facilities (restaurant, business center, …) Still, it’s a very nice hotel.

The place was really nice and we enjoyed our stay alot and we would definitely go back. The staff was great in accommodating our needs to be close to the river. The water pressure was great, the beds were comfortable, and loved how it had a mini kitchen with everything you need to cook. The elevator was great as well with having luggage. The only thing I suggest with room 105 is to have the trees cut more so we could of enjoyed the view more then what we had.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The staff was pleasant, the views were lovely, and we really enjoyed being just a short half-mile walk from great restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful park area. The only downside was a musty smell in our room that seemed to be coming from the AC. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we appreciated the overall experience.

The room was meticulously clean. They had a regular size refrigerator, a stove top and a microwave with a full kitchen sink. Open clean space everything looked freshly painted and cleaned. Parking was simple and there was plenty of it. The Riverview was amazing and it was only a couple minutes to the main road where they had shopping the river and dining.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the cleanliness, and upkeep of the room we occupied.Many nice appointments: CLEAN coffee maker and coffee pods/ tea bags. A full size refrigerator/ freezer.Super comfy beds.Quiet air condioner. Tiled shower.Lovely personal deck for 2. The beach, the outside patio by the water.
