The property is Nice. A comfortable unit with full kitchen, which is a plus for longer visits. The room was a little musty-smelling. We opened a window and the deck door and it cleared. Nice views and comfortable accommodations.

Property is fairly new and well kept. Room was very clean. My one complaint is that they use highly scented laundry products. For folks who are sensitive to artificial chemical scents, it’s pretty strong. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The property is fairly new and in good shape. Clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the laundry products they use for linens and towels. The scent is Very Strong. For folks with sensitivity to synthetic chemically scented products it’s a bit overpowering. Please consider using unscented hypoallergenic laundry products.

The property is located very close to downtown Southport. Views of the sound are great. Nice pool and outdoor dinning area with small private beach. Would highly recommend to friends and plan to visit again.
