Whatever brings you to Jamaica, after your day is spent I invite you to come home to a relaxing evening. Our home is located in a relatively quiet, well desired neighborhood in the suburbs of the old capital. It will be a welcoming escape away from the hustle and bustle of Kingston city, for those who desire it.
Travelling solo, as a couple, or large group you are welcome to be my guest.

Location
The apartment is located on the ground/basement floor of the house and can be accessed privately from the side porch. Travelling to the location is straightforward, as it is easily navigated. You will have less than 15mins drive to/from the town centre, 30 mins to/from the popular Helshire and Fort Clarence beaches and major tourist attractions such the Bob Marley Museum.

Bedrooms
There are actually four bedrooms that can sleep eight persons comfortably. One of the bedrooms is a double room, with one queen bed and two single beds. The other two bedrooms have each have a queen bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, gas stove with cooking gas supplied, and microwave for you to prepare you own meals. Basic cooking utensils, pots and pans are stocked for your convenience.

Connectivity
Complimentary Wifi internet and Cable Television is available in the living room, to help you stay connected.

Linens
Essential linens and towels are provided, you may pack additional to suit your needs.

Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with tissue, shower gel and shampoo

Guest access
You will have access to all amenities in the apartment, and up to four bedrooms depending on the number of guests checking in. As my guest, you are also welcome to use the laundry room with washing machine and laundry detergent provided.
You are also welcome to lounge upstairs on the verandah or the lawn.

Interaction with guests
I give my guests space, but I am available when needed.

Other things to note
The apartment has its own side entrance, and you will be able to go and come undisturbed.
You will be required to use one flight of stairs to get to and from apartment entrance. Guests who require wheel chair access, or have limited mobility can be accommodated in a different section of the house; please contact me about this before you complete your booking.

You must also acknowledge:
Must climb stairs - 1 flight of stairs -house is split-level and available space is on the ground floor and is accessed by descending one flight of stairs.

Potential for noise - We have a rooster that crows all the time, and usual sounds of life in a community

Pet(s) live on property - We have 1 dog, a cat, and chickens in the backyard

Some spaces are shared - Laundry room is shared with family.

Amenity limitations - Rooms are Not air-conditoned, and the summer months are usually hot. However, fans are available.
