Home Description
SEAGLASS is located on 32nd street, last street on Spanish Wells, west end of the island. Perfect location to watch the most amazing sunsets! The cottage is fully equipped with everything that you will need! From beach chairs, beach cooler, umbrella, Beach towels, fully stocked kitchen
Three bed, two bath sleeps 10 people. Just a minute walk to the 2 mile ,white sandy beach with crystal clear water. Just Perfect to Watch some of the most amazing sun sets. This cottage is 1700 sq feet which is fully air condition with three bedrooms (1 king,2 queen, 1 full and 2 twin size beds and bunk beds and also a queen blow up bed.) and two full baths, full kitchen, living room, laundryroom, wi fi Internet .There is smart TV'S in one bedroom and living room. The back yard has a picnic table and a BBQ grill where you can cook all your fresh caught lobster or fish! .

Island Description
Spanish Wells is very safe island. The island has a beautiful 2 mile long white beach on the north side of the island. Short walk to shopping and dining. Lobster fishing is the main industry on the island. You will find three churches on the island and 4 bars. It is a peaceful place to get away from city life and enjoy island living.
If you like any kind of fishing ,Adventuring or just relaxing at the beach soaking up the sun and the sea this is the place to come!

Transportation
The island is easy to get to with daily air service to North Eleuthera from Ft. Lauderdale, Miami or Nassau, Bahamas airports. Flight time is approx. 1 hour. The airport is serviced by continental express turbo(silver air) prop service with 19 and 30 passenger aircraft, and American Eagle . After you arrive at North Eleuthera Airport , no more worries!We will arrange your transportation! Davids taxi service will be at North Eleuthera airport to pick you up and bring you to the ferry for $25 and the ferry ride to Spanish Wells is $5 per person. Total time for Davids Taxi and a water taxi is 25 minutes. We will meet you guys at the dock and carry you to the cottage!. A great place for relaxing and enjoying the Bahamas! You will love it here!

Perfect perfect perfect!

We had 6 in our group and fit comfortably in the home. The home is decorated with a beachy feel, which is what you want when vacationing at the beach! It was very clean and comfortable. The back yard was amazing to relax after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk or golf cart ride away. We did a few charters with Rubin and one with Caroline and they were both fantastic! Definitely the highlights of the trip. The neighborhood is well-kept and peaceful. We all slept well in the comfy beds. Kathy’s Johnny Cakes were drool-worthy! We pretty much stuffed ourselves with fruit and Johnny Cakes the whole week! April and Brandi went above and beyond for us; we really wanted some island fruit but it was difficult to find. Within an hour or 2, April dropped off a bag of mangoes and sugar apples. When I mentioned guineps to Rubin, he made sure we had plenty! Brandi and April answered all our questions quickly. Some of the best hosts we’ve had! Overall we were incredibly happy and grateful for our experience at the Seaglass! If you’re thinking about renting it, do it! You won’t be disappointed! It was truly an unforgettable vacation

Family getaway

Wonderful time! The hosts were absolutely amazing. Made great recommendations. Very kind! Definitely book the boat excursion with Tyman! Our families had a wonderful time! Perfection!!!!

Everything about this trip was absolute perfection! The house was fabulous and we had zero issues. The lounging patio out back was amazing to relax in the mornings and evenings. So close to the beach. We watched every sunset. Found conchs and starfish at the nearby beach as we strolled along. The water is the most amazing I’ve ever seen. Every question I had for April, she responded to in a very quick time. We will definitely be coming back and staying in another of their homes for rent. This was the most relaxing, beautiful vacation I’ve ever gone on. No hustle and bustle of big tourist cities. We went on a full day excursion and half day. Tyman was a great host on the charter, very friendly, personable and gave us lots of history and knowledge about all the things! We definitely recommend going out with him on the boat!!! And if you get the photo package, he takes a ton of photos 
not just one or two. He makes sure to get groups, individual, couples

Great Family Getaway

Can we give 6/5 stars? This was such a great experience for our family! April was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked all the way throughout our stay to checkout. The home itself is well kept and great size for our group of 6. Location is fantastic with just a short 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. Very calm water which is great for younger kids and older kids who want to paddleboard or kayak. Highly recommend utilizing Tyman Charters for adventures. We did the all day sea adventure and half-day Eleuthera land adventure and had a blast on each. Can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay! My only issue was the dust (fans, blinds, and less obvious places only) and we may not have even noticed if half of my crew wasn’t allergic to dust All else was truly fantastic and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat! Tyman Charters for the win on both housing and charter accommodations! We will be back!

Spanish Wells October 2024

Perfect in everyway. Great communication, host set up water delivery, we have special dietary needs and the kitchen was complete with anything you would need even a bread pan! We had a large family group and there was plenty of room and privacy, loved all eating together at the large table and the backyard was perfect for evenings. Very close to the beach that we often just walked. Can't wait to return.

Amazing stay, location, swift help!

Myself, my husband, our two daughters 12 & 15, my sister and her husband all stayed at the house for a week vacation! We loved all of the space, the comfy couches, big dining room table, and large bathrooms! All of the extras for the beach were a wonderful added bonus! We had a few chairs that rusted and the manager was quick to bring us new chairs! We love this location for the ease of access to the beach, bridge, and the park! We will definitely stay here again!

Seaglass Fantastic

Seaglass is awesome, we stayed 6 nights and had a wonderful time. Communications with the owner was over the top she did a great job before during and after. Great location. Also, experienced a 1/2 day boat ride with Captain Rubin arranged through owner. Captain Rubin tailored our ride for us and I would request him when we come back for sure. Thank you for the great experience and we will see you next year.

Second trip and just keeps getting better!

This was our second time having April & Tyson host us and this time was even better! We never have to stress about our VRBO property when we stay with April and Tyson because we know their attention to detail is unmatched. Communication is detailed and prompt. Properties always spotless. Bottled fresh water in the refrigerator upon arrival. All the beach toys/towels/cooler and any other gear you could imagine. We love SW and will stay with April and Tyson again in the future!

Great Family Home

Beautifully decorated family home - we enjoyed all the bedroom options and the laege kitchen and bathrooms. We had 5 people and never felt crowded. We had a wonderful trip to Spanish Wells. Even our teen boys both said it was our beat vacation to date. Seaglass is a terrific home that is roomy and clean. We were all very comfortable there. A great location on the island. The owner April was a dream to communicate with. She was so helpful and her responses are extremely timely. We did the Charter she and her husband offer, Tyman Charter and it is a must do! We had Captain Rubin for the day and we had a unforgettable time. This vacation will be hard to top. We will definitely be back.

Awesome place

We loved our stay in the Seaglass Cottage. It was clean and appropriately stocked. Beds were comfy. Conveniently located on Spanish Wells and Russell Island. Golf cart was a nice plus to get around the islands. April was a fantastic hostess and booked our taxis for arrival and departures. She was readily available to answer any questions too.

Perfect in Every Way!

Our stay at SeaGlass was a memory to last a lifetime for all of us! The house was even more than we expected. Location was perfect and having a golf cart was so convenient to get everywhere. SeaGlass was so comfortable, clean, very spacious for a large group and so beautifully decorated. Definitely have plans to go back!

Birthday Celebration for Mom & Daughter

This was an amazing vacation, the house was everything that was listed online. The beach that comes along with the house was clean safe and great pool of water that we enjoyed walking to each day. Our host Tyson arranged for an extra golf cart for us to utilize as well as an excursion that was amazing. The Sapphire Blue Hole is a must to visit. We can’t wait to visit the island again, the locals are so friendly.

Wad had a wonderful extended stay at Sea Glass cottage in Spanish Wells! Our host April was very kind in making us feel right at home. Her communication with us was always immediate and friendly. From the very first day to the last, she was always available and willing to assist in making our time there enjoyable. She showed wonderful taste in furnishing the Sea Glass Cottage beautifully. Perfect house for the whole family!

This home was beautiful and had a place for everyone in the family to sleep comfortably! The communication with the renter was great and they were fast to answer any questions i had. Also how they showed us around upton arrival was great. The house was in the perfect location for a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. I do wish we would have know about the cans for kids sooner (located behind the school and beside the police department) its a good place to drop your cans off for a good cause. My husband and I are already looking into coming back! This island is so beautiful! Thanks for letting us stay at your home!
