Nearing the end of the dead-end road known as 14 1/2 Street, on your left lies The Cozy Cottage. This property in Spanish Wells is just steps away from Wreckers Restaurant and offers a delightful house with two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen), Upon entry you will find a welcoming living room and from there you can venture into the kitchen or other rooms. In the house is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outdoor space is available at the rear of your accommodations along with an outdoor shower, and there is also a front porch. For your comfort, AC is available, and Wi-Fi is provided by Starlink. Restaurants, shopping and the beach are all near The Cozy Cottage and there is a street legal golf cart on premises to get you there, or to explore Spanish Wells and neighbouring Russell Island. Cozy Cottage

The house is newly renovated and centrally located. The owners are exceptionally nice and provided a pick up and drop off to the dock for the ferry. We would rent again if available.

Great Location

The cottage is conveniently located near the center of the island on a quiet dead end street. The home was well stocked with the essentials and the hosts were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again while visiting.
