Nothing unique. Just average. Service was poor. For example, I did not get my room cleaned while I was there. They don’t notify customers that you won’t get your room cleaned if you briefly put the “ Do not disturb sign “ on your door while you temporarily leave you room for breakfast and return within a few minutes to prepare for going out for the day. How will the customer know? They need to be clear about rules and regulations. When I inquired about this, one of the front desk agents was so rude and not concerned at all or tried to address the problem! Very bad service. So please ask questions because they don’t inform you.

Roaches, lots of very large roaches in my room. I didn’t notice any until I was preparing to check out but then saw a dozen or more moving on the carpet and floor, they were partially camouflaged by the carpet but once I looked for them I saw several. Otherwise was a nice and clean room but they need to fumigate or something to get rid of the.

I’ve always loved staying at this hotel. If I forget anything while packing for my trip it’s located across from the mall and there are more places for gas and shopping in the area close to the hotel. I will always choose Comfort Suites for my family while in town visiting.
