Perfect no frills bed when you're on-the-road

Was a solid quiet bed for the night and no frills. The gym is great with some well maintained machines and weights. I missed the breakfast but that was my bad! Staff were friendly throughout

Rude front desk agent. The 3pm to 11 pm gentleman was great. But the young lady manning the desk from7am to 3pm was very nasty. I had a really bad migraine and she called the room to say that check out was at 11:00 am. I explained to her that I was a stay over and that I extended my stay through hotels.com. She said I needed to come to the desk to extend my keys and I told her that I wasn’t feeling well but I would be down to change my keys. She asked me to come down now and I said “no”. I will be down and moreover I’m not feeling well and my credit card is on file for incidentals. I can’t remember what else she said but it took everything in my being not to cuss her out. She took the customer out of customer service. The 3-11 guy was great and funny, nice, professional.

Highly recommend

Hotel was very nice, very convenient, staff was super friendly & helpful. Only complaint I have is the rooms have thin walls & the noise level is high. It seems there’s no sound proofing. You hear above & rooms next to you. Other than that, I would still recommend to stay there & would stay there again. I’ll just bring ear plugs!

Robert at the front desk was super professional and polite. Love that he took the time to speak to my kid as well. Every worker we interact was nice and polite. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was nice and simple.
