The room was clean & nice. When I asked for a blanket for the bed, they said ‘sure’ and provided one right away. I get really cold due to blood thinners, so that was a big deal for me. Everything was clean & all the staff was nice - the cleaning lady we passed in the hall even wished us a good day. Your hotel is the kind of place I really appreciate when we need a place to stay. Not all hotels are clean, nor are all staff helpful. I should note here that I booked this stay through Expedia, which has caused friction with other hotel staff. One such hotel’s staff were unhappy with guests that booked through Expedia due to them receiving a reduced rate for the rooms - yes, they told us that. That type of thing should never be cause to treat the hotel guest differently. It should have been handled between the hotel & Expedia. That’s the reason I’m especially happy that the staff at your hotel offered excellent customer service. So thank you very much for providing a great place to stay and staff that was very willing to help.
