Great base for exploring the region

Excellent location and nice enough view with a few good eats right nextdoor. Linens were soft but the beds were too, so my hips hurt some each morning from sagging into the mattress over night. Service was great. Water bottle filling station, hot tub/ pool open 24 hours, cookies at reception, and happy hour were great touches. The breakfast was full of variety but was mostly low grade convenience. Biscuits, bacon, eggs, and gravy were microwaved and goupy. The fresh yogurt dispenser was great and granola ok but minimal fresh things to add. That's the greatest room for improvement.

Would advise to go elsewhere. Toilet seat broken, bathroom light flickered, food left in mini fridge. Advertised indoor swimming pool but upon check in was told it wasn’t heated. My daughter was so disappointed - would have gone elsewhere had I known. Lady doing breakfast left it dirty and unfilled as she did crochet in the side room.

Check in was easy and fast, and we were able to get rooms next to friends traveling with us. Room is nice and large with comfortable chairs for socializing. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Only bad was that the Beds are hard & one of our comforters had dried blood on it, but other than that it was a nice place.

Excellent experience overall. Super clean, lots of great amenities, best hotel breakfast ever, would stay again in a heartbeat. Really great food and service at the sports bar across the street.

It was very clean and quiet. Only complaint would be that we reserved a room with 2 queen beds and they were full size. Pretty tight for 2 people in one bed.

I reserved 2 King Suites. One for me and one for may girlfriends sister. This is the first time I was meeting the Sister. They gave me a suite and her sister a double. There we Kings available, Then when we checked out they charged my guest for their room. I spent 1 hr geting that mess straightened out and a refund on her card that may take 2 to5 days. Today I had a charge for her room on my credit card. Another hour on phone to straighten out and a 2 to5 day wait for credit. I was totally embarrassed by what happened. What a first meeting!!!
