Appears to be brand new. Nice facility. Strange experience of what sounded like unattended children in room directly above me. I called front desk and she said that was impossible because the party that rented above me was in lobby. I insisted she come to my room to see for herself and she said she would. She didn’t, so I called back and she said “I did go up there!” I told her the noise continued and she said “they will be moving”. They evidently did move because the noise stopped. Just weird and odd/lack of communication

The hotel has a lot of nice little touches, particularly for a travelers' hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They use Lyft for the airport shuttle which was very convenient and swift

Our room was very clean, quiet. Its design has its quirks! No towel racks in the bathroom, no shower shelving for personal shower items. Awkward closet door to a very short-person's hanging clothing space and no other clothing storage option. No access to electrical outlets for charging laptop near desk. We were very creative and made several adjustments to improve our room and our 5-day stay. Staff was very courteous and have regularly heard these concerns.

This seems to be a pretty new property as everything seems clean and fresh. The room setup is unique in that the bed sits in the middle of the room with a desk built in behind the bed. There's a large TV that can be viewed from both the bed and the sofa (which is located at the end of the bed, facing the bed).
