How to stay like a local: There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink just steps away from your Rental Unit.
1. Youâre living like a local, be respectful of the other neighbors.
2. All of our Rental Units are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property.
3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they arenât, just go ahead and message us!
5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Unit, youâre responsible for their actions.
6. There are occupancy limits we must follow for each of our apartments. Help us follow the rules.
